Late period, now spotting

I missed my period last month , I have an irregular period . Sometimes I miss it for 2 months then it would come on. . Now , I think I'm spotting , & my period isn't until next week . I don't know what's going on. Can you please tell me

What exactly is early pregnancy bleeding. I'm two weeks late. Its been 47 days since my last period and I'm nauseous. Dizzy to the point of the room spinning... (I don't understand that) but I had a light light brown dot when I wiped and now nothing. I'm confused about it so can you explain I these symptoms are normal and what exactly is early pregnancy bleeding. Please?

Yes normally my period would happen early around the 20-26 I thought I missed it... the 28 came and I started spotting...I feel cramps and pain...making sounds in the morning..but today at 2:00 I go see a doctor at the clinic to take a test

I was expecting my period the 1st of this month but it was late for a week and here its now the 8th day and a little spotting showed up.
