I am uncut and grew up in a country where everyone was circumcised.  I have always been anti-circ, but this year I decided to wear the skin behind the glans full time. Now the skin stays pulled-back on it's own and I absolutely love it!  I was completely surprised how much I liked the look and feel and how masculine it made me feel.  The glans has enlarged and is flared at the corona, it looks so hot.  I love showing my exposed glans to my wife and have discovered a whole new sex life.  The head and skin are less sensitive, so sex is different, but still great.  I can explore parts of her vagina that were too sensitive for me before.  I thought I would regret the sensitivity loss, but I find it so erotic and sexy instead.  It's great to be able to pull down my pants and know that my bigger flared glans will be exposed and naked.

I have kept my foreskin retracted for about 30 years with no problems! The foreskin adapts and the glans gets bigger. The foreskin will still pull forward but why bother!?

No, you should not keep it retracted all the time. The nature made us this way, you have a foreskin that protects your glans. You can pull it back so you can clean it, but no need to do this in any other case.
Pulling back permanently is not very dangerous, but keeping your glans protected is the best you can do for yourself, so keep the foreskin on.

That doesn't make any sense.

That doesn't make any sense. Why would the Japanese believe or do that? I would understand that in the context of bathing, but outside of it? It sounds as if your friend took that completely out of context. Plus, no doctor in their right mind would ever recommend that.

I’ve tried going back to covering my penis head with the foreskin and regained complete sensitivity after almost a year

What an odd question. Leave your tongue out of your mouth indefinitely and see what happens to your sense of taste.

It does get shortened, I think the skin atrophies from lack of use like how a piercing closes up. I trained my foreskin to stay pulled back when I was around 13 and never got paraphimosis but I think my penis head outgrew the skin during puberty bc it won’t cover it now

His name is Dr. Eid and he calls it “cosmetic circumcision” bc the scar is under the pubes at the base of the penis. He does removes the frenulum to allow for complete retraction of the skin all the way back and it looks pretty streamlined when it’s done

Vaseline will eventually rub off in your underwear/pants/shorts etc. It may make it more tolerable in a gradual sense but the outcome (a dryer, more flared penis head) is inevitable unless you plan on applying Vaseline constantly forever. I put on a concoction of several kind of creams to keep my helmet looking younger every day but it doesn’t stay on forever bc I wear clothes

I’d love to hear how you did it

1) Everyone has a different nervous system so sensitivity levels can vary. I know circumcised men who prematurely ejaculate from limited stimulation of their penis head and uncircumcised men who need rough contact to feel pleasure. Don’t fret bc it’ll take longer for you to desensitize, just take it gradually. Try for just 30 minutes a day at first then work your way up. You *will* need to get used to some discomfort. Just like opening your eyes into normal light when they’ve been closed most of your life, it will seem blinding at first, but it won’t stay that way. You’ll adapt.

2) in the meantime, to resolve your odor issues, I recommend buying T-gel dandruff shampoo from the store that’s made with coal tar. (You can get the generic store brand and it’s the least expensive type and the most effective for this.) use it daily. something in there restores the pH balance and kills the odor in foreskin. I would also take probiotics if you can afford them, but those can get expensive! Also, apply baby powder under your foreskin: this will absolutely take care of smell and prob dry out your penis a little so that it’s not quite as overwhelmingly sensitive

Use good intimate wash, and apply moisturizer daily. In my case my foreskin naturally shrunk. Didn't have any problems till now

When I was younger I always wanted my foreskin to stay behind my head, before realizing that I wasn’t cut and that my friends all looked different than I do I never had any curiosities about it besides knowing the ones in porn didn’t have their skin covering the head, around age 9-11? I had to physically separate my foreskin from the ridge of my head, it took a couple of days to separate it all the way around, then somewhere between age 11 and 13 I guess it was, it started staying retracted by itself more and more.
Mainly when I would get an erection and the more it would roll back the easier it was.
By the time I had sex for the first time it would only stay covering my head if I stretched it forward and manually unrolled and adjusted it but as soon as I would get hard… woooop back it went.
I’ve never had any complaints and every woman I’ve slept with have commented on how different and pleasurable it was that what they were used to.
I guess from all of the fiddling I did with it while going through puberty cause my skin to stay rolled back, almost doubled the size of my head, and kept my foreskin loose and movable while staying comfortable and make me desire for a partner to focus on it yet not stretching it or causing it to be so loose that it hangs off of the tip of my head.
I guess you could look at it as a fitted tuxedo hence the reason behind calling myself “turtleneck tuxedo” on a few other sites.
I guess I’m saying that there’s no harm in leaving it pulled back. Play with it and try out new and different things and find what suites you, but be careful and stay mindful of what your body is capable of handling and what is and isn’t safe.
There’s nothing wrong with being curious and experimenting with your own body.
