less sperm count

hi there as i am having less sperm count , and also feel that i am having less penetration as compared to others yes my penis do get arouse for a while but after a while i feel the premature ejaculation like i can not make it erect for longer time , whenever my gf started kissing me and we r touching each other i just cant control my urges n and it get discharged n thats very pathatic moment can u help me with problem would it help in giving birth to baby . i am going nuts plz help me
