ive got that problem that a lot of us girls have... that little extra belly fat right under my belly button. the rest of me isnt pudgy, except that spot. ive tried the ab workouts my gym teacher gave me to try and i jog every day a bit. but that little belly pudge doesnt seem to be going away or shrinking. are there any workouts i could do a little each night or eat certain things thatd help make it gone?? help is appreciated
The one workout video that I had used in 97 was a cindy crawford one. I had more children and I have a little pooch. I think that this just comes with being a woman. I have heard of people taking cortisole, but look more into that. Maybe try a workout ball or some dance classes at your local gym. I did a mamba class with my sister once wow I was so sore the next day. Good luck. I hope your doing this for yourself!
