You may want to look up marijuana hyperemesis syndrome. Usually only affects heavy users after years of use. Hallmark seem to be that the abdominal pain is rdlieved by hot shower. Treatment of course is to stop mj.
I have same problems iv had every test under the sun nothing wrong they say sure ur not making it up iv had somac nexium mylanta none helps weres the magic pill to make the pain go away iv jad the pain 4 5 years goes away if i leave weed alone for a few days but its hard im the only 1 in my group that has the problem
I was involved in the commission meetings in 2007 in Maine, I became a legal medical marijuana patient. I purchased a Volcano Vaporizer hoping it would be better however, I now can hardly eat unless I medicate first and have had serious stomach and chest pains that have increased. Today, all I need to do is take 2 puffs and the pain begins and radiates and the pain is worse when I lay down. I have been trying to stop but can't, the Dr. told me that smoking marijuana has the same affects on the digestive tract, stomach etc. and can produce cancer. I have also lost much of my strength.
I've been using the verbalizer for about 2 years everynight. I used to be a normal weight for a 5' 9" female (140lbs) and after vaping I am down 20lbs, I haven't vaped in a week. I have had stomach pains, quick GI transit (unpleasant ones), no appetite whatsoever, i have to force myself to eat and even when I do I feel like it moves through my GI tract too quickly (not properly digested) I have become anemic and get chest pains. I've been to GI specialists and they just tell me it's anxiety. But i've had this weird inflammation under my breasts, like where my liver/pancreas is. like my cappillaries are inflamed and the organs underneath are swollen, but all blood tests are normal. I thought vaping wouldn't cause any problems but I'm still losing weight and can only maintain it if i smoke at night. but i'm determined to quit. anyone with this experience or similar (inflammation around rib cage from vaping?)
hey i'm not the one that you replied to but I've had acid reflux and sharp pains where my gall bladder is. and this is the most puzzling thing for me, under my breasts around my ribcage looks inflamed and slightly swollen, like around my pancreas/liver. sometimes it would hurt really bad. I also feel like i've lost all strength and i've lost 20lbs in the 3 years i've been using cannabis. (i've been VAPING weed for about 3 years, every night, smoking it occasionally, maybe once a month) I had no idea vaping weed/eating edibles could cause problems since it seems less carcinogenic but everything seems wrong with me physically now. i'm underweight and my BM have been awful since I started smoking. I'm only in my mid 20's! :( i hope it heals in time. i tested negative for h. pylori but diagnosed with acid reflux
that happened to me too! i have only been vaping for 3 years, once every night. my stool looked exactly how you described it, i haven't had a solid bm either, along with stomach noises. i'm a week off it so hopefully they'll return to normal soon. thanks for sharing, i don't feel so crazy now
i never smoked in my life until 1 time last summer and just this past weekend I started medical marijuana in nys you can only vape tintures I think that's how you spell it and pills but the pills are an hour away so I chose vaping but the day before I ate some so i'm not sure what is causing my stomach upset so i'm just as confused
Keep you gall bladder and change your diet.
This sounds like my one friend who turned out to be allergic to weed! He got a weird extended stomach and would also break out in these gnarly yellow hives but only on his neck and arms from the elbow up. It made all of his tattoos look disgusting and was very uncomfortable but other than that he's cool now. this was 4 years ago and he's still good
Good thing but no
I always get severe abdominal pain the morning after i smoke
Thanks I m glad to see this is a real !
You're symptoms are a carbon copy of what I deal with. Too bad there's not much info on this reaction. Hate the bloat and heartburn I get.
Well said.

For everyone that has more than 4 drinks in one day or more than 14 drinks in a month and complains of acid re-flux, ulcers, vomiting, I would bet its the alcohol and binge drinking, not the pot.
