Bro this has been happening to me. I don't know how it correlates to weed. But I smoke like 3ish times a day and I constantly wake up with stomach uneasiness. It's goes away after a few hours though. Definitely not gonna keep me from tokin up, but it'd be cool if I could figure out why my stomach hurts in the morning.

Your qrong and you have no damn clue what your talking about. Its from the thc, too much in your blood stream an it can turn toxic to your body(making you sick) iv been going through it for awhile now. Sometimes my sicknesses last up to 6 days and im in and out of emergency rooms. If i try to stop smoking completely i cant eat and feel like sh*t as well. Its a nightmare

Sit in a hot shower, sounds weird man but it helps instantly, i go threw the same problems and it is the weed. I dab and smoke bud both can cause the problems. Its from the thc, too much in your body can turn toxic(thus making you sick) everyones body reacts differently.

I try to stop smoking but then i cant eat anything, its quuute the nightmare, cant quit smoking but cant smoke too much

My doc said i had cannabinoid vomiting syndrome and acouple other problems. Its from thc overdosing basically. Everyones body handles it differently but when the thc receptors are full and you have too much thc in your system it. Becomes toxic

I have the same issue and i believe you are experiencing heartburn, I prefer bongs and the intense heat from the smoke has caused damage in my throat and my stomach valve no longer closes properly. Acid splashed up into your throat and you will feel like you are burning in the middle of your chest. This can be helped by seeing a doctor, you do not have to quit smoking

Late Reply (Hope you are well)

I was a chronic smoker for about a year. maybe 2-4 bowls a day/night. I quit "Cold-turkey" about 1.5 months ago. I experienced all the typical withdrawal symptoms: insomnia, vivid dreams, paranoia, child, excessive sweating...

Additionally, about 1-2 weeks following quitting, i started experiencing awful upper abdominal pains and constipation. I tried OTC, self-remedies but my brain freaked me out so I went to the doctor. He prescribed a drug to help reduce stomach acid and resolve/prevent potential ulcers. I've changed my diet considerably which has led to crazy weight loss (about 15-20 lbs in 1.5 months).

I want it to be over! Did you medication help? Are you 100% now?

Hey! I’m from Denmark. My story is completely identical to our, I started smoking about a year and a half ago. Wasn’t a heavy smoker, but happened in time and now I get these stomach cramps once in a while, where my upper stomach hurts like hell and I can’t stop throwing up. Doctors can’t find anything but it actually happens more often now that’s in the beginning, and my smoking has become heavier - hoped that could help

I have stomach problems from weed... I have to belch a lot, poop, and aometimes start getting nausia and then my anxiety gets out of control.. If I smoke too much, its like it gets trapped in my stomach (probably becuase I need to really take smaller hits), and I just feel terrible. Anxiety through the roof while I have the smoke or at least the air thats left from the weed trying to get out either end.. I think it is mixing with pwrscribed meds too Becuase I will get these little spots that itch amd them blister and pop, them dry out so I think it may he starting to cause siriusis too..? Maybe I should stop..

The problem may not necessarily be the weed itself, but the smoke. When you inhale smoke you can be activating the esophagus and upper digestive track, which will inherently cause stomach pain and bloating. After smoking try drinking plenty of what and sleeping at an incline. The pain may be coming more from irritation than the weed. Alternatively try Cannabis oil or vaping.

I’m only 16 and have been having similar issues, i smoked tough puffing wax like you I live on the west coast/ Oregon/ dank sh*t. A couple months ago some sh*t went a wire and I haven’t been the same since, people tried telling me I was overthinking it and creating an issue but that’s bullsh*t when this was serious enough I quit smoking completely when all I knew was being high. I’m going crazy I feel like trying to figure it out, I went to the ER at the beginning thinking it was something else but they found nothing. I can’t find anything online that would explain this and deep down I know that the morning I took a huge fat bong rip and my stomach area made this weird ass noise I thought my lung busted was the beginning of all of my problems. Ever since that morning I haven’t been the same. Currently all my doc has given me is some acid reducers to see if it’s ulcer, I used to drink soda like it was water sometimes going weeks with out one sip of water and only Pepsi/other sodas. I completely stopped drinking soda as I noticed it made my bowels make noises the minute I started drinking. I’ve come to the point where I’m going to say this blaintly ruined my life so far. Let me know if you’ve figured something out

i also have bloating problem regarding the matter. it hits me few times in the morning. i think its the natural compound in the THC that has powerful antimicrobial qualities and is thought to protect the cannabis plant from pathogenic infections.the antimicrobial probably degraded the good bacteria in the stomach causing all the pain in the morning. well thats what i think it is ahah

This is really reassuring for myself as I am 16years of age and and have been using cannabis since I was about twelve, about two weeks ago I went into hospital with chest pain shortness of breath and my heart was almost pounding outta my chest I had suicidal thoughts got really depressed and have developed a bad case of anxiety and the only thing I could break it down to was cannabis so I am currently searching everywhere and anywhere for advice but I have stopped smoking cannabis and am slowly getting better my advice is to take ur time especially with bongs as u tend to swallow a small amount of smoke every now and then does anyone know how to avoid this
