Ummm I'm fine when blazing weed and taking Zoloft idk wtf these people are talking about lmao

I took Zoloft while high on marijuana once and I stayed high for three days and experienced mild paranoia and anxiety and a great deal of physical pain. I'm still on Zoloft but I no longer take it while I'm high and everything is okay. It has increased my sensitivity to marijuana a bit, but that's it.

You sure that didn't actually happen? Weed lasts 2hrs at the most I'ma stoner my sertraline worked weed masked the side effects I got from sertraline not made me feel drugged

I started taking Zoloft (sertraline) and built up to 100 milligrams. Once I had built up to that point I smoked pot at a party and I had a full-out trip. It started out I couldn't open my eyes and I was terrified of my surroundings. Long story short, once the crazy fear episode surpassed I was hallucinating and could clearly see roller coasters around my friend and was very sensitive to my surroundings. It was terrifying. My personal experience with it seems to be rare, but I would recommend avoiding it. Another long-story-short, I continued use even though I swore I wouldn't, the hallucinations didn't quit, I blacked out twice, my focus got screwed, my paranoia was crazy bad, and the effects lasted months after I was off sertraline (still smoking) and then encen after quitting smoking.

How much weed did you smoke before Zoloft?

I took my first 50 zoloft this morning. Side effects were almost immediate I got angry I had the sh**s then I took a hit of weed after a lot of reading and I'm here to tell you that I'm just f*****g fine the side effects are gone I'm in a really good mood and I may be able to make it through the next eight weeks as it takes for the stuff to take effect! Go out there and fix your brain!

Marijuana can absolutely interact with Zoloft in SOME individuals. Cannabis can react with many different medications by affecting the absorption rates of some prescription medications. Much in the same way that grapefruit juice does. It’s because of the utilization of metabolic pathway Cytochrome P450 in the liver & intestines.
