If you want to get rid of migraines, here is a guaranteed cure:

1. Take at least 10,000IU of vitamin D3 per day (four 5,000IU gelcaps, buy them at any pharmacy in vitamin dept.)

2. Take at least 200MG of CoQ10 per day.

3. Put a 8-10 drops of hydrogen peroxide in your water once or twice a day.

Headaches are a way for our brain to tell us that our brain cells are being deprived of oxygen. This happens when when blood vessels in the brain constrict or become inflamed, starving cells of much-needed oxygen.

The way to prevent the lack of oxygen that causes migraines is to oxidize your blood. The three supplements list above do just that:

1. Vitamin D3 in doses above 10,000IU cause our white blood cells to produce more H2O2 to attack the free radicals that cause inflammation in our cells. This inflammation chokes off the oxygen in our blood vessels, which leads to migraines. I take at least 20,000IU of D3 every day, and even more during cold and flu season. I used to get sick with colds, flu, ear infections, sinusitis, bronchitis, and even ulcerative colitis until 2008 when I started on D3. I haven't been sick ever since.

2. CoQ10 is a very power antioxidant that is given to stroke patients to clean out the blood vessels in their brain of inflammation that clogs the arteries and veins, in turn causing a stroke. I first learned about it when I had a debilitating migraine after going outside on a very hot day. Within 15 minutes of taking it, the migraine was gone. I now take 400MG of CoQ10 every day to remain migraine-free.

3. Most people don't realize that hydrogen peroxide (H2o2) is simply water (H2o1) with an extra oxygen molecule. In its purest form it is used as rocket fuel, but in a 3% solution it is very safe as a topical solution and can be used as mouthwash. I put 8-10 drops in a glass of water once or twice a day to keep my body oxygenated and free from inflammation.

I guarantee that if you use one or all of the supplements listed above as directed on a daily basis, your headaches will either become much less frequent or even go away altogether as mine have. Not to mention adding 10-30 years to your life and decreasing your chances of getting cancer, Alzheimer's, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, and much more.

I have the same problem. my head aches are directly related to running out. I smoke all day everyday for about. 12 years now. I am 30. my headaches come after a long time without running out then running out. if I go without smoking they will go away in about 5-7 days. if I smoke again within a day it will go away. I think for me it is withdraw. my brain ahs to change the way it functions off weed. when I say all day everyday I will wake up at night smoke and go back to sleep. when I have it that is. not always easy to find. I notice benefits and problems associated with it. but I feel the good out weigh the bad. for me I smoke for pain relief. I used to take Tylenol. but had liver issues and now cant take it any more. I don't drink enough water so that makes sense but I only get headaches when I am out. whether its withdraws or not I have a stiff neck and back also. possibly the smoke contains the pain until I run out then the pain returns. but it does go away after a while. 5-7 days. I can go without but don't if I don't have to I choose to smoke cause I am a different person without it. it frees me I can talk to people and go in public without I don't leave my house. I have taken anti depressants and various other prescribed drugs but all have various problems I don't get with the marijuana. not to say it doesn't have problems they don't. but most are due to the illegal nature instead of the same potency. Where it can be regulated and a set prescription made. but it is not here anyway. if I could sell my house I would move to where it is and can be.

Ok, I get headachs when ever I smell weed....my now ex-boyfreind has grown it alot, I imagine he smokes good stuff. its ruined a fairly decent relationship. He being like most pot smokers, believes it is not possible for his beloved drug to cause any harm...or that I could get headaches and be allergic. My headaches feel like a shooting pain behind my eyes, almost simular to the feeling you get from stepping into the bright sun from a dark room, except it lasts for thirty minutes after I stop smelling the smoke or bud, although its to a slightly lesser extent around the bud. I know I seem like an ass but im ex military, and can not bring myself to say " im allirgic to pot" its admitting weakness. Do you guys think its sicosimatic caused by the air forces anti drug brain washing, or more likely a sinus reaction to a plant im allergic too. Unfortunetly sinus tablits make me loopy and usaly I fall asleep for alittle over 2 hours. any advice would be wonderful its about to be leagalized and I dont want to hermit.

I also get headaches from time to time when I burn one especial if I drink anything with alcohol in it but the quality of the weed does make a difference. I'm down to a male plant I just pulled and I get a headache if I smoke a couple of bowls but a good bud doesn't cause them unless as I said before I drink alcohol along with the smoke. As for the why the cannabidol compounds found in cannabis it dilates blood vessels in your head and increases the blood The extra blood flow puts pressure on the surrounding tissues, which causes your head to hurt. You can relieve that by drinking some coffee first and stay away from the booze it's poison lol.

Smoking things like joints and bongs are considered to be the worst for your brain. Joints are not just weed don't forget. Joints are also the papers you are smoking which in some cases have given me a headache. Blunts are the worst of the worst because the papers are even worse for you than that of a joint. Large amounts of thc doses in a bong rip is going to make you feel like sh*t. If you don't want headaches but still wanna get high then I suggest smoking maybe a hitter or two a day. This will relieve your psychological addiction to marijuana and also give you that high you want. Another thing is to make sure you are working out and cleaning some of that yuck out of your system because that can be a contributing factor to headaches as well. The only other thing I suggest is not using lighters or matches and maybe using a hemp wick as an alternative.

Yes marijuana does have an affect when taken with SSRIs. However it's not as bad as with drugs like acid or shrooms, which can kill you. Remember you can always ask your doctor he or she will give you the best advice. Don't worry they won't judge.

I've read far enough into this string of postings.....One thing definitely needs to be said, marijuana definitely raises blood pressure and sometimes can increase heart rate as well.  Elevated blood pressure can give you a headache.  While the question of whether chemicals in/on the pot you're smoking is also contributing to, or outright causing your headaches is a separate issue that's going to be very hard to prove or disprove.  Know your source.  If you have any doubt about the blood pressure issue, however, there's a pretty easy way to figure this out.  Try taking your blood pressure a bunch of times while at rest and as long as possible after last toking it up.  If you're a daily smoker, you're only real option (presuming the idea of not smoking for >24 hours is unthinkable) is to do this when you first awaken.  Either get an automatic BP monitoring device (they're not that expensive) or learn to take your own BP with an inexpensive BP cuff, with or without a stethosope (without will give you the "systolic" higher number, the pressure upon the heart's contraction).  Any nurse or EMT can teach you how to do this.  Do this a few times and you'll learn your resting BP to serve as a baseline.  After smoking, and especially if/when you get one of your headaches, take your BP and see how elevated your BP is.  Now you see the true cardiovascular effect of the pot.  This is why people with cardiac issues shouldn't smoke pot.  As you get older, your blood vessels harden.  Whereas, in your youth, the elasticity in your arteries would compensate somewhat for the increased BP (by stretching), now, our hardening arteries can't do that, therefore, your BP is going to go up more after smoking the same amount as before.  Plus, as we all know, pot's getting stronger as people grow "hydro" as you call it.  You're ingesting more of the drug and your older brain can't take it.  Dudes......you're body is trying to tell you something.  Ease up.  Some of the stuff out there is so strong, one hit or two just might do you.  Let it sink in a ways before you hit that pipe again.  The orderly at the ER (dismissing your 10/10 headache pain as mere pot side effects) may have been insensitive, but he's right.  Oh, and the hangover issue with dehydration after drinking, my recommendatio, 12 ounces of V8 (high in sodium) 16 ounces of gatorade (sugar and electrolytes) chugged with 4 advil (800 mg ibuprofen).  Wait 45 minutes and see where you are then.  Also, a very warm bath.  Regards.

Hello
I wish I had an answer to the question. At this point I am actually looking for an answer. I have been diagnosed with chronic migraine and trigeminal neuralgia with atypical facial pain (burning and numbness from the left side up my upper lip and into my right eye. I have tried medical marijuana twice, called LA confidental-indica. each time I smoked it, I woke up several hours later with a massive headache on the opposite side of where i typically get my migraines. I strongly suspect that the marijuana caused the new kind of headache. Alcohol is a migraine trigger for me as well, so I don't drink. The simple answer is to just stop the pot as well. I was wondering if that is a common complaint for all marijuana users, or just new ones? Thank you.

This happened to me... I'm 25 male and always been pretty sickness free! I used to smoke weed from age of 16 I am now 25 on a regular basis. 4 months ago i was driving home and about half an hour after smoking a joint I felt like my brain was on fire or getting squeezed very hard, the right side of my face tightened up and my body overcame with a severe tingling head to toe, I could not catch my breath and was panicking terribly all in the space of 10 seconds! i thought i was having a stroke so much i waved a motorist over to the hard shoulder and asked for help. I thought i was having a stroke or worse! I knew it was seriouse as I am a pretty shy and reserved person. Ever since then i have had a constant migraine and I mean Constant!!! Everyday for four months solid now with no breaks! really bad Anxiety, Eye aches, chest pains, pain in my ears, jaw and neck, dizziness, light headed, nauseous, pulsing or throbbing sensation in my head ( feels like i can hear whats going on in my body) and really bad tolerence to lights especially bright ones. To be honest i feel so f@cked up at the moment and my quality of life has been dramatically changed for the worse all in about 10 seconds. Ive been waiting on m.r.i result for weeks now tried all sort of prescribed medication, Propanolol, Triptans, codines (chestpains) and nothing works. since whatever it was that happened to me happened i have just felt so sh@tty and drained, fed up, exhausted and snappy, I have never taken coke or nothing like that and very, very really drink alcohol I just want to know has this happened to anybody else and have they had a diagnosis for it!!!!

I'm 22 and I smoke like crazy, like seriously I smoke like crazy (£1,500 per month) personal use.

However after going to the gym for the first time in a very long time about 8 months ago, I started getting really bad headaches that have just gotten worse and worse and it's not exactly hurting all the time.

Sometimes I just get the aura of the headache however as a lot of people have said on here, when I smoke or drink my headaches get a lot worse. Generally the morning after when I am hanging from alcohol my headache will get a lot worse.

I have been prescribed amitryaplin 50mg however they seem to just dull the pain slightly as it's a medcine that works on the nervous system instead of killing the pain. I get these headaches everyday, all day without fail and it's really starting to get me down.

Is anyone using any medication that is actually stopping the headaches and kneck pain (i'm almost sure it's all coming from my kneck, maybe some acupuncture will do the trick).

watch out when you are flying as well, when on my way back from holiday, while landing it felt like someone had taken a stanley blade to the side of my head. It felt like my head and the back of my left eye were going to explode.
