First of all don't pay any attention to that user that said you have a micro penis. At 14 you are no where near being done growing and your penis should grow as you continue to grow and develop. How long it takes and what the end result will be is hard to predict there really is no not much that can be done to enlarge the penis giving yourself the time you need to grow and develop is about all that can be done. Your size should improve you may always be a little on the small side but if your 1 inch flaccid your erect size might be reasonably close to what is considered average. Give it time you will be just fine.
