But after reading u guys' reply, did anyone find a solution? Please I really need to cure this asap as I'm going overseas in 2 weeks and gonna be living by myself :'(
I also wake up early then go to toilet and do some 'bombing'. But then I eat something in the morning. Then I have the same stomacache during the days till up to like 11 am. Then I go to toilet and 'release' then I feel better till like 10 pm at night.
What I'm afraid of, this will become worse and worse....
This is nothing serious like cancer right?
It can be very stressful and tough on a social life I constantly have to cancel hanging out with friends when I get randomly sick and it can weigh down on a lot of things in your life so I can agree with all of these responses.
I am a 28 year old male from South Florida, I'm 5'8" and I weigh approximately 123 pounds (about 16 pounds underweight)... For as long as I can remember I have had severe stomach pains in the morning, in fact 9 out of 10 mornings it IS what wakes me up...
Generally, this pain forces me out of bed and into the bathroom... It will usually persist through the morning until I've had 2-4 bowel movements which usually all occur within the first hour or two of my waking up...
My movements are most times accompanied with a soft, watery, pastel green stool (not diarrhea)...
I have become so accustomed to this morning routine that I often don't give it a second thought (except for the mornings where it hurts so bad I fear my appendix has burst and I'm in tears from the pain trying to decide whether to call a hospital or not)...
I don't have the best diet as I am often eating on the go, usually it's take-out Chinese, Pizza, or a sub from the local grocery store, but these problems have existed for as long as I can remember, even as a teen living at home cooking and eating my own home cooked meals (healthy foods: chicken, steaks, pastas, etc...).
I know that I have a very fast metabolism, because when I'm not having stomach pains, I can eat as much as someone twice my size. I was once kicked from an All You Can Eat buffet after my best friend James (6'2" about 175 pounds) spent two hours there consistently eating non-stop... We were told that since we had come in at lunch time, if we wanted to continue eating into dinner time we would have to pay for the buffet again at dinner prices... My friend and I are the type of people that will go to a family or church BBQ and we end up eating all the left-overs AFTER we've already had dinner...
I don't know what causes these pains, but I do know that once they're over with for the day, I feel great and I feel like a normal person, but for the first hour or two (sometimes more) of every day to feel the way I feel, it makes it very hard to keep a job, exercise, and just be a human being...
I hope this thread stays open until we all find a solution, I thank you all for sharing your experiences... I'm off to finish reading through the rest of this thread and see what info is already here...
since college i've been lucky enough to be self-employed where i can make my own hours and i rarely have to wake up early and 9 out of 10 days feel great when i wake up at 9 or 10am. i do go the bathroom more often than most during the day (always have), but i'm fairly certain that this has to to with a wheat/dairy allergy.
i'm writing today because for the next couple months i will have to be up by 7 nearly every day for a very important job and really don't want to go thru my whole school experience once again. i did it today, it's now 9am and i feel terrible. if there are any natural remedies, vitamins, etc i'd love to hear about them. anything that can help, even a little...
yes. I am 28, 5'9" 125#
for about two months I have had this same nausia that is spoken about here. It is above my belly button. I do not enjoy purging but it does help ease the morning sickness. I have tried the 'herbal' way as well which works ok. I was thinking it could be something with the balance senter (ears canal) like sea sickness. That or nerves or something physiological...?
I am researching for info for my son's stomach aches and nausea which he has every morning. What I find interesting about all of these comments is that most of you are tall and sometimes slender. My son is 6'2 and maybe 150lbs. He also is always tired. My neice has had the same thing along with bad headaches. For over a year now she has taken wheat and dairy out of her diet - she is extremmely better. Do not take this out of your diet without first being tested - it throws the test off. Good Luck to all.
