Girls need to clean theirs privates part more often than boys, several time a day not just once when they take a shower, there are vaginal brush that can help to clean vagina and no do a discharge in the mouth of your lover^^ (some like "creampie" but some don't and find it disgusting.) When you not clean enough often the smell become permanent on girl, ask older people you'll see, they can wash really hard and it do nothing.

The other thing that can explain the non-caring girl is also that they can have more intercourse than boys, at least it more easy and accessible, unlike boys that try to put themself on their 110% before meeting a girl.

My experience is similar to some other guys here, with the exception that I’am married for the past 28 years and my wife is experimenting this awful bad odor in her private parts for almost 2 years now, I’am the one who start noticing because every time we had sexual contact my penis will keep the bad odor and in some cases I notice some kind of yeast or white stuff around the head of my penis, the smell is terrible and at the beginning we were trying to ignore it, this is something that it comes and go away for time to time. We tough that it may be some kind of infection, now after quite some time we know it’s time to have a medical check up, I read in some of the very first comments that it may be a cancer or some other serious issue, bad odor in the private parts is not normal, my wife just make an appointment to her gynecologist and we’re gonna find out what’s the problem of this situation. I also read that yeast infection usually doesn’t cause bad odor but a serious infection or lack of personal higiene it does.
In our case we both are very clean and we always shower after sex in order to clean ourselves wry well, so there is not doubt in my mind that this may be some serious.
My advice to ladies and guys is to look for medical help and get the proper treatment before it gets worse.

You're not supposed to put things up your vagina to "clean" it. That actually harms the vagina and it can cause problems and make it smell worse. You can clean the vulva and labia manually but not the vagina, that's self cleaning, don't mess around with it. If you're going to wash the vagina, use water and that only or you'll risk having issues down there.

There's a ton of guys out here that stink. Assuming you're straight and don't have sex with guys, you wouldn't know. Stank isn't biased to either sex.
