it could be a number of things from

-friction

-hormonal changes

-allergies etc.

but I think it may just be hormonal changes. This happens when there are changes in oestrogen and progesterone levels. This happens during your monthly cycle and usually affects one breast at a time.

friction is caused by movement between your clothes and your breasts. This can be know as joggers friction. I would suggest wearing a more tighter fitting bra.

if the pain persists for longer than a week see a doctor

Hi! It's me, Val. So I've been following this thread ever since I've shared my situation. Weirdly enough, the lump beneath my left nipple is gone (thank you very much). But now, it's my right nipple who's suffering the same thing as the left one had. It's been like this for a month, I guess. I didn't keep track.

This is really weird. Is this cancer? Should I be in paranoia about this? Because as far as I'm concerned, I only ought to wait till the lump and pain go away for good.

I'll be back here again if changes occur on my sad, little right nipple.
