Hello, I am 6'4", very athletic, and only 15years old. But somehow, I weigh 190lbs. I don't like it one bit, but I don't understand. I play basketball, baseball, football. They don't help though.

I..I need help dont know  what to do anymore i am not in a healthy state i am 16 5'9 and i am adout 270 pounds i fell awfull i have had many problems from ptsd to depression and many many more i need help i want to fell pretty to be look't at by other guys to look like a atractive women......i want help..........

Are u on any birth control? I am 5'8 and got up to the same weight n when I switched birth control it shed off super fast n effortlessly. Some hormones dot work for some girls :) I am now 140 and a size 9 n still losing

There is a way, it may seem healthy, it may not..it depends on your body type, anyways its called a five bite diet.


In the morning you fast, or drink water or tea, then for lunch you eat five bites of anything you want, and dinner anything you want in 5 bites. DRINK LOTS OF WATER, and you will lose 15 pounds in a week.

Do just like me... don't eat nothing all day, drink as much watter as you can and throw up everything that people make you eat. Do that for at least two months and you'll be skinny.

Girl you are healthy don;t f*****g listen to the people telling you to starve yourself, you probably are at the weight because muscle weight more than fat. don't starve yourself eat a healthy diet, cut out the soda and junk food and exercise too. don't stress yourself you what still in middle school?? CHILL OUT i don;t see why so many girls are so worried about eight, just be yourself and if you really wanna lose weight follow the tips i just gave you but don;t do any of those weird ass diets or start yourself, or binge and puke those are worse for you than anything trust me, Also maybe you have a thyroid issue and should talk to your doctor about it.

I'm in the same boat. There's 2 types f diets. One is the 5 bite diet, and one is the one meal a day diet. They're are just as their names imply. The 5 bite diet is when you drink coffee or tea for breakfast, and 5 bites of whatever you want for lunch, and 5 bites for whatever you want for dinner. You'll lose a lot.
For the one meal a day diet, you only eat one meal a day. This diet is better for long term, but if you want faster results use the 5 bite diet.
A tip is to drink lots of water and if your craving, but a zero calorie snackor even soda, as long ass it's little to none calories.

Hi April I know how u feel to because I'm 14 5'2 and weigh 200 pounds I have tried diets and I play soccer and rugby and do showchoir but eveytime I'm think I'm losing a little weight I've just gained weight. My sisters are a lot smaller than me. But I honestly don't know what to do anymore . I just keep gaining and gaining and not losing anything.
