Im 13 and i have this problem
Hi I understand your problem as I have also had one testicle bigger than the other (right). It didnt bother me so much until i realised that the right one came up higher than the left and so it made my penis look small on the side with no space. I never really had any problems having sex, the only problems i had was putting a condom on, it was uncomfortable and it made my penis go down all the time. I went to my doctor in the hospital and showed it to him, he told me i had no space on the right side of my penis since it was higher than the other. A year ago i met a lovely girl (i'm 23 now) and we were having sex without no condom all the time. This was no problem, but the fact that i came in her so many times that she never once got pregnant, so i was a bit worried (some guys would be so reliefed, but what about in the longterm when i do want a child with my wife?). Two weeks ago i had surgery to even out the right side of my testies and i am now recovering at home, i have a foley catheter but it will be out in another 2 weeks. Its the hardest thing i'm enduring right now, whilst i'm checking out threads like these to see if anyone is in the same situation. The surgery is not bad at all, now my penis looks longer the way it should be as i can now penetrate deep whilst having sex, allowing me to cum inside all the way (havnt tried yet but it seems like that now). I'm still recovering but i'm looking forward to see how this turns out. If anyone is going through this whilst they are young like me then it is ok to go to the doctor and have surgery, its the best thing you can do because it is your body and dont be scared, you wouldnt want to go through this after your 30s, get it done asap. The reason why i had a bigger side was because when i was young my testicles twisted and i needed surgery to untwist it, since then it has always been bigger than the left side. At the time i was 17-19 i would ask my girlfriend if she thought it was a good idea and she agreed saying it would help me put on a condom and not worry about it coming off all the time. If anyone has any questions about this i'll be glad to answer.

EVERYONE CALM DOWN!!! ITS NOT CANCER!!! I have it too, im 12, i just read something on it, one testicle is lower than the other to prevent your testicles from overheating or something like that!!!!!!!! so there is your answer everyone, now you can calm down!!!

btw im also 15
im 16 years old my right testicle is around 2-3 tomes beiiger than my left... been like this for about good 2 years... my right testicle is huge (as I said duh..) and its not squishy or hard... I can masturebate normally and all that so Im not shure I dont fancy going to the doctors.. im not that kind of a person so any one with same problem?
