Not always it is testicle cancer, for example there's a situation when a persons left ball didn't drop till the age of 11, he had a surgery. He's now 17 but his left testicle is way smaller than his right one. The doctor said that the left one will never grow bigger.
Unless you're experiencing discomfort, or have symptoms of a varicocele (your nutsack feels like a bag of worms due to excess blood in the veins, which can cause atrophy of the testicle) I wouldn't worry about it. My right testicle is about 30% larger than my left, and has been since I can remember... I'm 38 now and my wife is currently pregnant with our second child, so fertility is obviously not affected.
hi im 14 15 in 3 months and i have the same problem my right testicle is larger than the left around 1 : 1.5 ratio i have looked at alot of posts and i have seen ALOT of people with this same problem i think their are many causes from cysts to ingrown hairs.

my right testicle is probably close to twice the size of my left - i'm 19, i also noticed that they fluctuate in size, the left one is always smaller but they both grow and shrink slightly
I have got the same problem but I am fifteen..
Hi Guest. There is nothing wrong with you, regardless of your age or whether or not you are sexually active one of your testicles is bound to be larger or lower than the other. In fact one side of your body and face are larger than the other. This is known as asymmetry. It is true for every person on earth. Don't believe me? Look very closely at your face in the mirror. Do you notice that one eye and/or eyebrow is slightly higher or bigger than the other? What about your ears? Does one stick out a little more than the other or is one ear slightly higher on one side of your head than the other? That's normal. You were formed that way in utero and you will always be like that. It is not a medical condition but if you're uncomfortable about it I suggest you see a doctor to have your fears put to rest.
hi im thirteen, and my left testicle is at least double the size of my right. I have no trouble getting erections but have problems ejaculating. is this normal???
Hi, I am 21 years old and as far as I remember had no problems with the size of my testicles ever. But today in the morning while attending University I felt a sharp pain for sometime in my left testicle but then it was gone. Later at home I noticed that the left testicle is suddenly much more puffy and swollen than the right testicle, and though there is no pain normally, pressing the swollen testicle causes a sudden and severe pain. The right testicle also seems to have lost its shape compared to the left testicle, and all this in a day. I am really scared and dunno what to do. Shall I see a doc? Can this be something serious? Help! :-(
What would you classify was "much larger"? are we talking Pea to ping-pong ball here? or ping pong ball to golf ball? or something like that...
My left is significantly larger than my right, however I have felt no pain and I have no problem getting an erection or ejaculating. I have no symptoms at all, one is just much larger than the other...
I think mine are equally huge
I am 16 and I am very worried about my right testicle being much larger than the other. I am not sure what to do, and I am very embarrassed about it...
I would be. testicular cancer is most noticeable by one being significantly larger than the other.
best advice? talk to a doctor and see what he/she can tell you.
