Orgasm and squirting are not the same thing - very very few girls squirt in the way you may have seen on the internet. Some of the girls here will explain orgasm to you but the inability to orgasm is nearly always because of the inability to relax properly.
I would try doing it in the shower with warm water, and rubbing in circular hard and fast and sometimes up and down, though picture someone doing it for you. What also helps is to look at yourself do it and say very raunchy and vulgar words, you'd be surprised what it can do.
