I'm 20 and I don't drink alcohol and I still get this pain after ejaculation and then felling the urge to pee

I also suffer the same problem. The only remedy I've come up with myself, was to fill up a hot water bottle and rest it on my lower abdomin. Every now and then I rest it beneath my balls, it seems to really numb the pain. Give it a go! It helps.
I need to try this cranberry juice though.

After many years of masturbation, and the same discomfort before and after sex for almost 3 years straight.. i know this feeling and its cause all too well. Its from a few things maybe some i dont know, but my experiance is to never stop yourself before ejaculating, trying to last longer in bed or by yourself. Using any soapy material.. also can make penis shed. Lastly it can just happen from continued ejaculation.. but i still think its from holdong back trying to last longer for said partner and thus the razor blade feel and penis ache accurs, drink lots of water.. and one good long piss has helped me, also just letting it come natural and maybe waiting 15 mins to continue wouldnt hurt guys.

Urinary Tract Infection.. I have it too. What you desribed is everything... ive been going thru it since the age of 14...

No, not a UTI. This is different and is associated with having a full bladder at the time of ejaculation. Just a thing the body does.

This also hapens to me. My way of solving The problem is to take a hot bath or dip The penis in hot water (hot as in bath hot not boiling hot)
Or just ride it out.

I am 35 years old any yes this does also happen to me and now again I am sitting and waiting for the pain to go away. It feels like I'm passing a stone through my penis and won't come out. I've been trying to urinate for the last 30 min and yes only a few drops at a time. Its so uncomfortable!!

I have heard you can dip your penis in hot water and it helps. I'm going to try it. Just don't make the water to hot if u know what u mean.

For me this is 100% tied to drinking alcohol. I went without drinking for several months, and it never happened. First night back drinking, bam.

I should note that it doesn't always happen when I drink, but it never happens when I'm not drinking. Alcohol is definitely the culprit.

This is very common. It's called leaveyourcockaloneitis.

Well, I have faced the same, but there are a few ways of avoiding it.
don't masturbate empty stomach or after large intake of water, especially empty stomach. Well sometimes even this don't work. but it does reduce the probability.
After going through this problem a few times, body starts to give weird feelings or rather instincts, as in will it be painful later or not, try to get them right it will reduce it to as good as zero as long as you have control.

That's exactly what I do, but I take a concentrated cranberry pill and the burning subsides sooner.

Just wanted to add my experience :

30 yo old male, healthy, very mildly overweight, 6ft 200lb.
Straight, sexually active from late teens-current, no current or former stds (tested twice), no uti history.
Current drinker and marijuana smoker ('socially') very mild use between 18-22 of party drugs, ex cigarette smoker 16-26yo, no known allergies or notable health issues currently or in the past.
Average unremarkable genitals and I typically last 4-10 mins, averaging 6 mins. Sex or masturbate nearly daily from puberty.

recall this beginning at around 21 yo.

I was sexually active with two female partners prior to this, the onset of the 'condition' (known to me as 'painful piss' or PP - 'uhoh babe, painful piss, noooooooooooo') was approximately 1 year into my sexually active realtionship with female #2 and has continued more or less the same in frequency and duration to this day.

It is very strongly linked to alcohol consumption. I have experienced it a handful of times sober over my life. I have experienced (rarely) after use of codiene. I do not recall any other link that I could ever identify and trust me - I've looked.

I've experimented with my wife to great extent and never got to solid of link beyond 'alcohol'. (bj, sex, masturbate, full bladder, empty bladder, very drunk, tipsy, beer, spirits, wine, mixed etc etc seriously if you can think of it I have tried it multiple times drunk to try get a 'baseline' thousands of experience and no clue)

It is not a guarantee, but the best i have is : the longer I drink prior to sex the slightly more likely PP is, but anywhere from 4 standard drinks on leaves me at a 50/50 if I ejaculate, it is a very small percentage more likely from masturbation.. No amount of water or mixing of beverage types changes the duration or severity, and has no noticable effect on likelyhood.

My 'symptoms' are - somehow a foreboding sense of it happening within 5 seconds of ejac. I for some reason squeeze semen out as forcefully as possible from the base of the tip as some from of an instinctive prevention tactic after ejav, I sincerely doubt it helps or hinders. Peeing before, after, during, 1 hr before or after etc etc changes nothing. The overwhelming strong urge to pee originates quickly some between the tip and halfway on my penis, which stays semi erect for the duration of my PP.

The urge is location based and is somehow melded with the pain. The pain is somehow the urge at the same time. it is sharp and cutting like an acidic burn and is bizaarely entirely consuming of your thoughts but not above approximately 5-6 on my pain scale... I have some very serious laceration experience (80 stitches) to judge against my '10' for pain.

Urinating provides instant relief that ranges from mild to major, and is not relative to hydration. yellow or clear and from consuming water or alchol is irrelavant to the level or relief. The relief is incredibly short lived and I believe the pain is worse after, but only due to comparison. It leaves you desperately needing to perform a piss you are terrified of. It can last anywhere from 30 mins to 3 hours.

I cannot come up with a solution beyond ibuprofen and crouching on haunches in a warm shower pissing (sorry honey XD) every single dribble out til pain subsides. Stronger pain relief is unaffective (tramadol, codiene), as are the 20000 other stupid things I have tried (including right up to irrigating my urethra with a syringe and saline once!). Pressure between your balls and arsehole provide temporary relief (similar to squeezing muscle between thumb and forefinger for headachea) but it is mild relief, not at all lasting, painful in it own way after a few minutes.

There is no solid predictor except for 4 standard drinks and ejaculation. There is no remedy I have discovered beyond hot water, bladder emptying and ibuprofen with patience.

Please dont say std or infection. Tested for both multiple times in aust medical system. First occurred during long term relations with a girl, that while it is possible she cheated on me, no std's were found when we got worried and tested BOTH of us. My best guess is some bizaare thing like a 'air lock' backfeed or vacuum somewhere in plumbing, a direct chemical or allergic reaction from something in alcohol, or some muscle cramping or spasming of some sort related to depressant like alcohol.

n.b. I noticed in a post in this thread a guy mentioned an occasional 'ghost pain' in the ball/ arsehole area that happens very occasionally for a few minutes then goes away, no sex, no erection, no peeing. just boom, all of a sudden mild phantom pain then boom nothing. Yes I have experiences this maybe 8 times in my life

Yea I'm one of many with thus same issue four years now also. Worsens the more dehydrated I am and if I'm drinking alcohol. I've noticed if I don't urinate close to action time or masturbation time I don't feel the discomfort at all. So basically don't force out a pee if even semi erect. I think most of us were heavier masturbators for sure and it doesn't help our cases haha. Yolo tho
