Found that it helps remove pain if you sit on the toilet as the pain persists and try squeezing out the last drops as if you are peeing.

I get the exact same thing after i have had 1-2 glasses of water.
Feels like my penis is full of liquid and it pains a lot.
Happens exactly after i ejacuate with the feeling of urinating.
But why does this happen? Feels like the urine is not passing through the way it should.(i mean it feels as if the urethra is so damn tight and isnt letting the urine pass)
Literally have to stay in the bathroom for hours untill it gets better.
Can anyone help!

I think 90 % of these reply are via the porcelain throne squeezing out the drops. To answer your question though it's because of our urethra not switching modes fast enough. Sit on the toilet for 10 mins or take a quick bath the warmth will soften the muscle. It's just a mechanical issue. Hope this helps.

So many people in this thread experience this problem. And some of them are in their 50s and have been experiencing it for awhile, so there's probably no health concerns to it. Its probably a physiological issue. Something is getting stuck where it doesn't need to be.

My remedy that always works is to rub some ice around the glans of the penis, over the tip and in and around the frenulum.

finally, I like u all 2pay close attention as I unfold d mystery behind dis phenomenon. I have been battling 2find a solution 2dis myself Cos of its discomfort & I have tried some of d guesses to d solution on dis site but I tell u, nothing rily worked & don't waste ur time going 2a doctor Cos they cant explain & won't give any permanent solution ...they'll only try a few guesses as always & make u pay. Now its a simple solution ...a diabetic condition dat appears 2b a bit complex as blood mixed up wit sugar appears in d urine. Once dis happens, semen shouldn't follow in d urinary tract because it will form some sort of complex chemical dat causes d burning sensation or cause dis discomfort dat everyone has talked abt. The best solution is 2say away from sugar or any sugar related drink or food(high content of raw sugar AKA sucrose) 4a longtime. Since our insulin is unable 2mop up d sugars in our blood, it will eventually clear up wit time if we don't consume anymore & once dis is achieved, no more discomfort wen urine & semen mixes. I found dis solution myself after alot of studies & I bet its d only sure way.Give it a try & thank me latter.

I just recently had this problem and I found that relaxing for 10-15 minutes then trying to urinate stopped the burning pain. I’m 15 and have never had this problem till recently so I too would like to know what causes it but the way I got rid of that horrible burning sting sort of pain is by waiting for 10-15 minutes and trying not to think about it. I had small amounts of pain urinating for the 30 minutes after that but it was tiny amounts that were only slightly noticeable.

Ok so to start with I have the same thing. I have found it happens when I pee and then ejaculate within an hour. Then boom the burning sensation. Multiple trips to the bathroom with nothing but pain. Your all thinking drinking causes it. I think it is because when your drinking you pee a lot.

Hi.

So glad I found a 30 page forum post showing me I wasn't alone in this particular struggle.

So I have come across a solution through some research. The solution first, then an attempt at an explanation.

After masturbating and coming, you will sometimes get an urge to pee. IGNORE IT. Put on a timer for 15 minutes. At the end of 15 minutes go pee. That should, at least it has in my case, stop the burning sensation to pee when there isn't actually any urine left in your bladder.

The best explanation I've found of this is sometimes cum remains left in the Urethra. If you immediately pee, the resultant mix is acidic and causes the burning sensation. Cum breaks down in the Urethra after some amount of time. Hence the 15 minute timer.

Hope this helps someone out there.

I am 27, and have been experiencing this for a few years.

Happens to me after sex OR masturbation. Doesnt matter if I have been drinking alcohol or not. Still unsure as to what causes it (other than ejaculating). Seems to happen more after masturbation vs sex. doesnt happen every time, maybe a few times per month. not sure if its from an "incomplete ejaculation" because i just sent it with my wife, and it was a large amount (in comparison to most times).
if thats not complete than i dont know what is. sometimes if masturbating, stopping haflway to pull down on my balls somewhat gently before finishing (but not while finishing) has prevented the burning.

For me, its a burning sensation that goes throughout the length of my penis, and in slightly more. Ive been tested for STD's, and UTI's, everything's clean. I believe it might be in relation to lots of fluid in the bladder prior to ejaculation? big maybe there.

my theory is its related to the urinary tract being inflamed by something (not necessarily and infection). for some reason, blasting semen out causes us pain afterwards. or, your partners fluids as well. but since is happens while masturbating, its hard to pin her as the cause.

If you're reading this, and your penis's burning on the inside, take some Advil or ibuprofen. its anti inflammatory and will definitely help. thats usually what i resort to. seems like going pee only made it worse. good luck guys this sh*t burns.

I had same problem few days back so I stopped masturbating for 3-4 days and then start doing it with soft hand. you should never grab head area of your penis because it's a sensitive area and can be damage if you press too hard.

Same thing happens to me and I don't even drink, like he said I think it's just from friction and still having semen in your urethra that it's being forced out there for causing the discomfort.
