I have the same problems. I was also wondering if anyone else on here had a history of surgery. I had a cyst removed almost 10 years ago and have also had my tubes tied. I have never been able to find an answer. I was hoping that maybe you may have some new information that may be helpful.
I have been having the same issues. I had surgery to have a cyst removed almost 10 years ago and they had to take the left ovary with it. I have a huge C-section scar from it. I also have had my tubes tied. I am wondering if maybe the pattern is in the surgeries we have all had.
Iam having the same problem and iam not sure what it is. its been going on since i got i mirena in but im not sure if that has anything to do with it i have two kids the youngest at 9 months iv had mirena for 6 months now and iam not sure what it is. my husband thinks it is just him bc he is bigger than most but i honestly dont think that is the problem. i cant afford to go to the dr. so im not really sure what to do.
I'm up now I've been up all night so far pain will not go away. this pain started a year ago while having sex, it was something very tender and painful not to be graphic but as my husband entered he seemed to be touching it and as time persist the pain has not gotten much worst. I've seen my GYN Doc three times on this issue and I've been to 2 different emergency departments a few test to R/O anything that would make sense and still NOTHING. :( Going to another GYN Doc this morning.
I have this same issue. When I told my gynecologist he did a bit of a feel around and said that I have a tilted uterus, it sits further back than most, not abnormal, just different and not health hazardous. This is what causes the sharp pains. Nothing serious. I hope it's the same for you guys and that it's not endometriosis or cysts!

I didn't realize other people suffered like this. Intercourse with my husband in the last week has got me crying.only the missionary position is comfortable any other thing feels like a knife piercing me from inside and trying to burst out the front of my tummy.i have to press my palm firmly on it to suppress the pain.
I didn't mention it to mygynecologist on previous visits because it wasn't so severe But now it bothers me as I am trying to get t I don't want to be tolSotheby's baby is in danger because of this.days after intercourse I have a dull pain in my stomach still.my husband really feels baD,like he is causing me pain.Seeing Doctor next week, though not my gynecologist but a doctor of internal medicine...will have to mention it.
O my goodness. I NEVER reply to these questions but this time I had to. If I can help 1 woman feel less alone than I do by typing my issues than great. I typed in "painful intercourse on right lower abdomen" and this was the first hit. I'm suffering from undiagnosed bowel/intestine issues that I've ignored for too long and am being very diligent about now because it's become unbearable. I just had a physical last week n my doc found that during my pap my ovary area seemed enlarged/puffy. She said she wasn't sure if it had something to do with my other issue but wants me to have a scan of my ovaries. She wants to check if I may have a cyst that could be pressing against my bowel. I'm freaking petrified! I had sex that night and my lower right abdomen was sore for three days. Then again on Saturday (it's Tuesday) and I'm still in I decent amount of pain. I too suffer from depression and am under an insane amount of stress and now I wonder if this has something to do with that. Did any of your doctors connect those dots for you or is that something u've found on your own. I hate waiting for tests, I wish the appts were closer together because that just adds to my stress pile. Though it wasn't my question thanks for the reply. I thought I was completely falling apart @ 36!!! Please update any new news or reply if u've had a similar problem with or without a diagnosis. It would really help!

I have exactly the same thing !itmainly happens when I'm ovulating and I'm sure that has some kind of influence. Once it was so bad that I went for a wee and couldn't stand up straight. I know how you feel x hopefully someone can help us!
OK, so lately, I've been having this sharp pain in my lower abdomen and new my right kidney every time my boyfriend and I do certain sex positions. I have to get him to stop so that the pain can subside. I'm getting worried about what it could be. I think it might be a kidney infection but I'm not sure. I'm scared that if I go to a doctor, it come be something worse because I already have something going on that the doctors can't figure out. What do I do?
I too am experiencing similar issues. I've NEVER had pain during intercourse until last night. However I've been in constant pain in my lower right side, my lower back and my tummy is swollen. I had cervical cancer 16 years ago, and have had adhesions removed about 3 years ago. I have a family history of ovarian cancer, so needless to say I'm terrified. I have an appointment tomorrow, and praying it's just my adhesions have come back...
