Hello! I have a very strange, noticeable bump on my scrotum. It looks like a pimple actually. It is just there, and does nothing. No growth, itch, pain, smell but it won’t go away either. What should I do? I am 29, and sexually active, I use condoms every time.
Hello! This is probably just a simple pimple. It is possible that a hair on the scrotum got infected and formed this pimple. It should go away on its own in a week or so.
