I use raw crystalized honey as a facescrub and rub it on my nipples before showering. after i slather coconut oil all over my skin. both are moisturizing, anti bacterial/fungal. so hopefully they get the moisture they want and dont get infected.

On my breast nipple it's very sore, it has a white head on it and a little swollen. I thought maybe something bit me right there.

I am 45 and get them as well as in my nipple. I am glad now that I am not the only one. I squeez mine and white pimply stuff comes out. My daughter is 27 and had always thought it was from that. Thank you.
Talked to my obgyn about this a while back. They are Montgomery glands like everyone is saying. They are like white heads in the sense that they are just oil glands and if they become raised and have white build up. She says you could pop them but you risk them becoming inflamed, it’s best to use a warm compress and wear loose fitting shirts with no bra as much as possible for a while to help the glass breathe this should help!
I didn't pop them but I ask doctor about it he gave me emo cort cream for it it does help

So I've noticed these little red bumps that look like acne almost, but they're around my nipples. I tried popping one and this clearish stuff came out, and it was gross. Any idea what it might be?
