I don't know about everybody here but a lot of people it sounds spiritual. The ones without pain. Pressure on forehead between eyes. Our spiritual or 3rd eye is in this location and pressure there is a sign of the 3rd eye being stimulated. By what is a good question. I can feel movment on my head mostly, forehead. I feel movment in the funture, as if someone set down next to me but nobody is ever there. Also movment in bed like a small amnial is moving around and of course there is nothing physical there. I get waves of emotions that come out of nowhere, I see specs of light darting around the room. I'm always seeing things out of the corner of my eyes now lately I'll see things flying towards me then in the next moment I'll feel it impact against me in the direction it was moving. I'm convinced I'm slightly spiritually awake but not sure how or why. It all started shortly after the sudden tragic death of somebody I loved very much. I guess that's how these weird things start happening to us all. When it all started I thought I was going crazy, maybe I am. Just looking for answers I know that will never come.

What I was referring to in my previous message is in no way painful or uncomfortable. Unsettling at first. So those of you with pain from your symptoms should contact a doctor.

Has anyone experience a heart like beat in the right cheek and the temple with some tension in the right side of the neck. This normally happens when you become anxious or excited. It started about four months ago, its an awful feeling but with no pain, you can really see the movement in the cheek.

Rib cage and facial pain. There have been studies linking Trigeminal Neuralgia symptoms and a lack of oxygen and oxygenated blood. A dentist in Bellevue WA does a sleep study with patients of TN and has them use a CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) and it has shown to decrease symptoms. Scientists also discovered by accident during treatment for epilepsy that when they stimulated the Vagus nerve in the diaphragm (which lives under the rib cage) it communicated with the Trigeminal nerve and duplicated TN symptoms. Your diaphragm is your respiration (air flow) muscle. I am a rehab massage therapist who specializes in nerve pain. I have an Intra-oral endorsement to massage and stretch the muscles in the face and jaw from the inside of the mouth. I believe there can be referred pain from a nerve that is pinched in the intercostal muscles in between the ribs and a compression of facial nerves in the joint of the jaw and/or the disc in that hindge joint,
