I read a articale on wikipedia and it says it happens during stage 2 of puberty where quote "numerious hairs and sometimes bumps appear on the upper shaft" so if you still going through puberty i would say hold on with the laser treatment because it may just be puberty.

My question is whether anyone can recommend a clinic for both laser and/or electrolysis to have the hair removed. I've had this problem since I was 15 and its been 8 years of me plucking (which works) but its not permanent. So can anyone suggest some electrolysis and laser clinics in ONTARIO that can do this?

Well I shave all of my hair from around my groin area. I just use a shaver and that does the trick. I even use a razer on my shaft. I do it every morning as part of my morning routine. I rarely nick anything.

think i'm going to try this TT2030.
i have been shaving my pubes with a hair trimmer and its not ideal.
it great on the mass of hair at the front when you put like a 6mm attachment on, but when it gets near the penis and the scotum i want it smooth, and the trimmer without attachment is prone to making nicks.
hopefully with the TT2030, i can get the style i want.
been trying to get a style of smooth scrotum, smooth penis, and slightly shaved space just around the penis, then leave the rest of the pubes to grow and become a nice mass at the front.
i'll let you guys know how i get on, and how i look after i tried it out :)

I am very happy to have found this site. I have this problem to. However, with me its not so much the hair that bothers me its the bumps you get. I am very self concious about it. I have been with a few girls and noone as noticed it to my knowledge but it still bothers me. I am less drawn to bjs because I fear a girl will notice bumps while doing this. Also simply having a girl carress my penis worries me. I am 24 an have had the problem for years and it has led to me turning down a few sexual advances.
