Yes, makes your penis look bigger, that is if you have a small penis, if you have a large penis, say 7" or more, just leave the hairs alone, personally a guy with a large penis does not need to shave his penis at all, I have never, and never will shave my penis ever.

I have some hair on my penis, but I waxed it off. Shaving was such a pain, you have to do it every day, because the stubble is so bad, it itches, and digs into what ever it is against. Waxing lasts for about a month at very least, and when it grows out it is a new hair, soft, not sharp and you barly notice it. I have had no problem with ingrown hairs, not sure its me, or what, but its great. My wife likes it too, and have been waxing more all the time, I am now completely hairless and loving every bit of it. Good luck with your decision.
