i also have the same thing and not 100% happy about putting an athletes foot creme there..wont it sting like mad? is it not something that u need a specific creme for?
ive got the same problem, red spots on the head. i just noticed it today and it was pretty itchy i must say. i have been on prescribed medication for a few months to treat acne. ive only ever done safe sex so it cant be an std. when can i expect them to go away?

I am from the UK and I had the same symptoms, I think what you have is "Thrush" or you may know it as a yeast infection. I found this link very helpful, check it out.

Man, I can't tell you how much these posts have helped set my mind at ease. I am uncircumsized and had unprotected sex with a girl and the very next day I started itching on the foreskin area. The next day after that, I saw little red bumps on the foreskin below my penis head and it still itches. So I talked to the girl and she said she said it hurt when we had sex so she went to the doctor and she said she had a urinary track infection which I guess is a form of bacteria. I am assuming it is a bacterial infection and not an STD. She swears she does not have an STD and hadnt had sex for quite a few months now and was tested for STD's and had none. I believe her so it appears it is fungus as previously mentioned hopefully.
Its the 3rd day and I am still itching but now just read all the posts. It doesnt appear to be an STD and I am SOOO on my way to walgreens to pick up some Lotrimin AF to see if that will help. It does feel better when I take a shower so I will continue to take 2 showers a day also. Thanks alot guys, if this doesnt work......I will have to visit the doctor no doubt.

all of ur posts sound a lot like male thrush, canesten cream will fettle it.

for me I have the red spots too, it's a little itchy but i'm not too sure what it could be. For one the amount of sexual activity lately may account for it since it was a little ruff, so i'm thinking mild skin irritation or a rash. the other thing that I think it could be which I hope to god it isn't but that by girlfriend was sick a few says ago and might have had a cold sore, although I looked at the spot and it looked more like a normal redness from rubbing.
