Yo i got some little red spots come up after sleeping with a woman on the weekend im also on anti bioctics and am worried as this has never happened b4 i have no ichyness and i noticed it 2 days ago and it seems the spots are looking more inflamed everyday any ideas??

I had some red dots on the tip of my penis recently. I was noticing them more and more and some were flat some looked like pimples but either way they were both tiny. I kept assuming the worst and couldnt find any comfort in trying to consult the internet. I went to the doctor because I was more or less convinced it was bacteria or an STD. he said it was penile papules. and they were PERFECTLY NORMAL. I am uncircumcised so I sweat alot and it doesnt get clean the papules will show. or if gets rubbed and irritated aggressively they show up more afterwards(like when I went on a long hike or after sex). and since they were triggered by physically means, they frequently came and went. I spent alot of time worrying if it was a serious STD.
Moral of the story, the internet is full of worse case scenarios, hypochondriacs and people trying to scare you. the only way to be certain about what is going on down there is going to a doctor, so save yourself the time and worrying and just go.

ya im 15 i do have red spots but they do not itch but stay there i dont have std or used any drug for them could my problem be maby scars on it cause i dont no like after in water or something it like goes really red then goes to no red but can see it a little bit what kind of problem is this?????????

I'm a 39 year old Irishman. I get a yeast infection/thrush about once or twice a year since I was about 19/20-ish (around the time I first had sex). It still happens although perhaps with increased frequency, perhaps because I'm married and have a very active sex life. It looks just like what most of you are describing ; "red spots at the head of penis". I generally eat less yeast products for a few days (breads, biscuits, cakes etc.), wear loose underwear (loose boxers as opposed to briefs), I shower daily anyway but if you don't, then you really should and I use canesten cream (manufactured for smearing on your "head" - or for girls to smear on their vagina - for thrush/yeast infection). For me it generally clears up quite quickly and then comes back so I'm probably not dealing with it completely effectively, possibly passing it back and forth between my wife and I, but it doesn't bother me, it's more the inconvenience than any fear of disease.
So! I'd say google images of "male thrush" and if that's what you have pop down to your pharmacy and get some canesten cream, ease off the yeasty foods for a day or two, loose drawers and cleanliness (not scrubbing just a normal wash, and be aware that soaps can affect the ph balance of your skin so that can be a cause too).

I just saw these red dots on the top of my penis head. Almost a ring up to where the foreskin rolls up on to the head and it's seems like many very small ones that are not very noticeable on the underside or inside the foreskin. They don't itch, I went all day w/out noticing. This is two days after having unprotected sex with a new girl, like a dumbass. I'm hoping it goes away w/out having to put anything on it, and I'm pretty sure or atleast hoping it's not an STD and closer to what everyone is posting here, though I really hope it's cuz it's freaking hot, and somehow that caused it. Worried non the less, nobody likes to see red dots or anything else on their penis that isn't already suppose to be there
i am in afghanistan right now, and the tip of my penis have red bumps and flaky skin...not itchy or painful. Ive went to the medic and they said it was fungus , and gave me some..cream to put in it...i go several days without showers sometimes, due to my location,....does anyone have any input.....ps im going home in a few months and dont want to go home to my wife like this...let me know thanks!!

Hi ...every time I have flu the doctor prescribes some antibiotic like 'augmentin' this causes the same condition in me. I just wash regularly and keep it clean once the antibiotics work out of my system everything returns to normal.
