Hello I've always been hearing rumors having small penises and I wanted to see what other people think on it now that I've discovered this website. I am in fact Asian and I have a penis with the length of 3 inches long and 4 inches girth. I turned 14 a couple weeks ago and I wanted to see if my penis will potentially grow to a larger size

Since you just turned 14 there is a good chance it will still grow it's hard to say how big you will get but your not done growing yet.
Give it time.
There are lots of rumors about nationality and penis size there are no doubt lots of Asian guys that are well endowed as well as lots that are pretty small.
Your size is fine for just turning 14 and you should still grow some as you continue to develop.
