Then I found out what they really were. Long story short, got a tooth removed and possibly have to get an implant put in and also have a hole in my front tooth which I have been putting off. Now this!! Ugh. Honestly seems like it's not life threatening just annoying.. I have thought about taking a needle and maybe some tweezers and removing them but I don't think anyone should do a at home surgery... I mean what if something goes wrong or you go to deep then you lose blood and it's just not good to remove things from your body imo. Idk what else to do.

I just had to remove something similar to what you said hard as a Rock. I could even hear it after many painful attempts to squeeze it. It sounded like glass being grinded up. I thought it was an ingrown hair. But I got some tweezers (not the best idea) and plucked at my skin till it popped out when I squeezed. It had a smell to it too. It was pretty scary. I'm 32 years old and never had this problem before. The best description I could label it with is passing a stone but I wasn't even close with that idea and that's how I came across this and your post is the only one that sounded like my situation. Pretty scary stuff bro.
