scrotum cysts

I have them too .im 35. I have removed 20 or so on my scrotum. And a few others around my ears and head. Most done by a surgeon. If the root of the cyst is not pulled out then it is more likely that new one grows at the same spot. Its harder to get rid of the root if it was previously poked at. Im actually going to the dr right now to pull out some stitches. But i strongly suggest if you go see a surgeon, take out a few at a time . And yes every 8months you will have to go and remove some. Dude are you kidding me... Guys don't do this your not a surgeon, doctor, urologist etc. What that stalk string thing is is your epididymis that you are ripping out. Yeah you probably got the cyst but you also took the whole epididymis with it. Do you know what you did???? You ripped the canal the spread travels through your testicles. Now you are sterile on that side and you will probably have very tough time having kids if you can still have them.

Also you also have a great chance of getting an infection. I don't know about you but the last place I want an infection is in my nut sac. They will have to drain that and you could lose you testicle or when you ejaculate you will probably get puss oozing all over the place.

Seriously go to a doctor and do it the right way please or your going to regret it so bad. I am assuming if your girlfriend is pregnant you tell her don't worry I know a cool trick that I can help get rid of it with a coat hanger. Smh

Guys, don't worry at all about this. I had them from 14 till 22. It started out as one tiny one and by the time I was 22 there were about 15 to 16 of em, some tiny and some size of a pea. Some developed with a tissue inside and some had a white head and if squeezed broke and white stuff came out. I used to try different creams and what not and they wouldn't go away at all. They were really gross looking as I had so many of them and were irritating as sometimes they itched. Finally one doctor suggested me to surgically remove them. He removed all by giving me a spinal. It was such an amazing feeling to get rid of them. I was going thru depression and all due to it, loosing concentration in studies, etc and after removal I was back to normal completely. Thank god I took that step. Now I'm 28 and none of them have come up again. I recommend having them removed if you happen to have them. No worries, the scrotal skin is thick so there'll be no scars, no other complications. Just get those suckers disposed and get on with your normal life ... I wish my comment and experience helps someone here. I was in the same situation as you are now, remember. I went through all the things you are going through now... Just suck it up and get those useless suckers removed and return to your normal life. You'll get though this no problem... Peace... And help someone else after you do it by sharing your experience.

Hey, I have your same condition as well as the problem on your chest. I live in Hawaii with very high humidity. So I doubt it's the sry air.

I NEVER reply to forum posts.. this is my very first one and I felt obligated to make a post because These posts have literally changed my life... I just removed my cyst 5 minutes ago after feeling self conscious about them for years! After reading this I got the courage to finally do it myself, it was a little intimaidating at first.. but it's not hard at all, and in terms of pain (if you can handle getting a shot at the doctors office, you can handle this.. trust me)

I'm finally cyst free!!!! I followed the steps outlined by the guy above. Took a sharp knife and cut a thin layer across the top and squeezed it right out... I took 5 cyst out in altogether what took 15-20 minutes... and best of all.. I didn't pay some doctor $500-$1000 bucks to do it myself!

IF YOU WANT PRACTICAL ADVICE, READ THIS:

Look, there's a ton of stuff to read here (all types of opinions and stories), but here's the deal...
These things ARE NOT hard to remove AT HOME, BY YOURSELF. Admittedly, I didn't have a severe case (just 2), but with a little planning and common sense, this isn't difficult. DON'T be scared by all these people telling you you need to see a doctor or be a surgeon to deal with this. You don't. You make a small cut and pull the thing out. It's not freaking heart surgery. Do you fear a severe infection and run to the doctor every time you get a small cut? If not, there is nothing to fear here, just don't be stupid about it. If I've convinced you, then here's what you do:

-Get some razor blades, disinfecting alcohol, q-tips, tweezers, antiseptic creme (ie polysporin), and band aids
-Clean the tools; don't overthink this, just make sure they're clean by exposing them to fire, boiling etc. Basically, don't be using a rusty pocket knife and greasy pliers to do this.
-If you're afraid of potential pain, YOU DON'T NEED TO BE. It's very minimal. However, what I did was took a bit of ice, and held it to the cyst for a couple minutes. This numbs the area and you hardly feel a thing.
-With your CLEAN razor blade, make a light incision from one side of the cyst to the other. Then pinch under the cyst and start to squeeze it through the opening; it's best if you can avoid breaking the cyst open
-Once you've started to work it through the opening you've cut, grab on to it with the tweezers and pull it out; if it breaks up a bit, it's ok. If it doesn't come out in one piece, just use your tweezers to go and pull out the other pieces; it'll be a little bloody, but it doesn't hurt
-After its removed, take a little alcohol on a q-tip and rub the wound down; then apply pressure until the bleeding stops
-Apply some antiseptic creme and put on a band-aid; be sure to change this at least a couple of times per day for a few days, using the antiseptic each time
-Give it some time, and you'll be healed right up; NO MORE ANNOYING CYSTS, AND NO OUTRAGEOUS MEDICAL COSTS FOR SOMETHING ANYONE COULD DO

I had these since 18years. Finally decided to show to doctor @21 got them removed surgically. But as the surgeon said they will come again anyhow (i insisted to get them removed) they came back within 2 years. the number is less though, but i have scars now.

Precaution is to keep them clean and try to avoid metal to touch the skin while cutting hair. Clean them everyday, and dont try to bUrst it manually (worst). HOPE IT HELPS

Sometimes when u jerk off ur sack gets bigger and bigger it goes away after 2 to 3 weeks and u can get rid of it by cumming that's what is in the scrotum cum that hasn't came out
