A solution to the problem.
Introduction to my symptoms.
I had severe pain: firstly at my top of my right jaw which made me think I had a toothache due to a cavity, the pain was then felt on my right cheekbone and my right eye. This was excruciating and never ending even after using antibiotics, pain killers and severe sinus medication. It would go a few times randomly but would stay for many hours continuously. My right eye was also twitching and was a bit lazy compared to the other one. The pain started 2 days ago a little after my allergies was raised and I was sneezing for an evening. Earlier today I saw blood in between mucus as I was clearing my nose.
The verdict.
I had a sinus infection, which was mainly in the maxillary sinusitis and it seemed it would go on forever. When I got up this morning the pain was gone for a few minutes before returning. I don't use too much dairy, cut out all alcohol and so I feel the main cause was due to smoke from fires I experienced earlier this week and Sahara dust in the air, which is abundant around this time in Trinidad :)
The natural cure.
I felt obligated to post this here after reading through all the comments about the same pain I was experiencing.
You will need (thumbs, and fingers, organic Apple cider vinegar, water a syringe {not mandatory }, and boiling water cayenne lime {optional})
Firstly look up videos on how to free up your sinus naturally; what worked best was to
Use the tip of my index finger and massage in circular motions from the middle of my eyebrow laterally towards my ear. (repeat about 4 times applying enough pressure)
Next move to the middle of the nose

I had similar symptoms for years! Just found out it's actually migraines. Search American migraine foundation sinus headaches. 90% of sinus headaches are migraines. Took Rizatriptan for the first time today. Cleared up pain within an hour. Nothing else works.

I didn't believe my doctor when he said 'sounds like a migraine'. I was convinced it was sinus related. But the more I read about it the more it makes sense.

Hi yes I have had a swollen eye came on over the christmas period . inflamed red ad suddenly a blister appeared itchy and watery . I think it is definatly relate to my sinuses all around the nose . A virus appears to stay in and around the area a secret I have found to work is rub in a strong Ayurvedic Balm around the nose and under the eyes dislodging the music and bringing it to the surface where it starts to drip water out of both eyes leaving it free until another bout comes along you need to fight it ?.

I also get a dry mouth and am incredibly thirsty when I have my sinus problems. It drives me crazy. No matter how much water I drink I'm always thirsty! I've had sinus issues 4 times since Christmas (thankfully not as bad this around) and the extreme thirst has been a symptom of each one. Why is that? What causes it?

Just wondering if you have ever been tested for low thyroid problems? Your symptoms could be related, especially the tiredness and puffy eyes. It is a simple bloodtest.

I have a clear mucus coming out of my nose. And my head feels like if I press on it, fluid will come out of my eyes. Do I have an infection?
