I'm a 42 year old man and also have them, they are painful especially when aggrevated, I've looked it up and it's not easy too find info on but here is what I've found. They are mostly in women but are found in men, there in 10% of people but only hurt 10% of them. They are called Episacral Lipoma, they are not cancerous but can be removed if they become too painful, anti inflammatories help me,they have a host of other names too but one nickname is "back mice". You can have cortisone injected in them which also helps ,as for me I'm looking to having them removed. Good luck and I hope this helps.

I have the same problem. I can feel it on both sides of my stomach. It's like a tube that goes down my hips almost till my public bone. It doesn't hurt.I am also very skinny. 35 kg. I feel so bloated though . Anyone know what's up ? I'm so worried. Is it normal?

Maignes Syndrome , from what your all explaining it's connected with issues with nerves and back. If you get examined by a good chiropractor they can confirm. I'm going to do the same thing. I have the tubular lump, and goes around into my left buttock. And I do have issues with my back as well.
