ive have these small rash looking bumps for a few months now. i have sort of moderate acne with combination skin. it started off with little tingling itching that i pretty much ignored, then one day i decided to just go ahead and scratch it, and the bumps got bigger on site. every since then they come to a whitehead, pop, bleed, then reform again. idk what it could possibly be, except maybe ingrown hairs for this reason: im now 17, and i noticed when the bumps first came about, i was starting to see some small facial hairs growing from my cheeks, exactly where my bumps are now, and my beard has really been growing since then, plus my sideburns are starting to extend down the sides of my face. im really convinced they are ingrowns. PLEASE HELP BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT GO AWAY
It must be hair follicular infection which usually appears in teenage. Use a good face wash twice daily and keep your skin clean. Change pillow cases daily and use fresh towel to wipe face. Whenever you go out in dust splash water on face to remove adhered dust. This should address the problem.
