Last week, I started fresh in a new high school. I was still anxious and stressed at school, but it was nowhere near as bad as when it started. The one thing that helped, despite the numerous visists to doctors and gastroenterologists during my "vacation", was your tip about exercise. I have to admit, the only thing I did was Sit ups. But nevertheless, that helped immensely. So I thank you again. Thank you for making a shitty year (not including the fact that COVID happened around the same time) a little better. i hope you will get some emotional support. There's lots of self help you can do through YouTube. Look up Michael Sealey on YouTube. i have also been taking Charcoal tablets from Holland and Barrett which has helped me. Also, a lot of people don't realise they can self refer for counselling to voluntary agencies - well you can in Northern Ireland. You don't have to go through your GP
