I'm so sorry you had to deal with this for such a long time! I recommend checking if you have some kind of stomach ulcer or worms or maybe try taking a SIBO test. There has to be some kind of underlying issue. I'm not that educated on this topic but this is mostly what I have read online. Don't give up and good luck!!

I will copy and paste a helpful post, one that addresses the root of the problem, for those of us who do not have time or patience to read the whole thread. Basically it is related to GLUTEN and is very similar to coeliac disease, in my case all the coeliac tests were negative but the only positive test was "genetic test for coeliac disease" which came out as below:

Genotyping for Coeliac Disease
Specimen type EDTA blood
Method Real-time PCR
Result: Potential susceptibility genotype DETECTED
(DQA1*05+, DQA1*02–, DQB1*02–, DQB1*03:02/05–)
Interpretation: Not consistent with the presence of HLA–DQ2 or
HLA–DQ8 antigens. However, HLA–DQA1*05 was
detected in the absence of HLA–DQB1*02 or
HLA–DQB1*03:02/05. This combination most commonly
indicates the presence of the HLA–DQ7 antigen.
This may be associated with susceptibility to
coeliac disease, but confers a lower risk than DQ2
and DQ8 antigens. In the appropriate context,
further clinical work–up for coeliac disease
should be considered.
Comments
Test Information:
Qualitative detection of HLA–DQA1*02:01, HLA–DQA1*05:XX, HLA–DQB1*02:XX,
HLA–DQB1*03:02/03:05 and HLA–DRB1*04:XX alleles is performed using the
GeneFinder HLA–DQ2/DQ8 RealAmp kit (Osang Healthcare). This assay is
designed to identify DQ2 (2.2 and 2.5) and DQ8 antigens that are present in
more than 95% of individuals with coeliac disease. Some additional rare
genotypes consistent with HLA–DQ8 antigen may be detectable by this assay
though indistinguishable from HLA–DQB1*03:02/05. False positive results due
to cross–reactivity with rare subtypes are possible. Rare subtypes, the
presence of additional heterodimers, and zygosity of detected alleles
cannot be determined by this assay. A full list of alleles to 4–digit HLA
nomenclature detectable by this assay is available on request.

What I did was CUT GLUTEN and it worked after months of ABSOLUTE GLUTEN-FREE DIET.
Now the original post that helped me discover the root cause, thanks to the anonymous guest on this thread:

"PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THE GROWLING
I had the growling everyday for a year and I hated when the classroom got quiet because I was so afraid it was going to happen. I went to the doctor and got tested for Celiac Disease. Trust me its either CELIAC DISEASE or you are lactose intolerant. Everyone is talking about Anxiety on this form and this does play a key role. People can have the gene for Celiac Disease and when you go through a stressful experience in your life or you are just an anxious person, the gene can turn on. This is what happened to me Sophomore year. I went gluten free and I haven't had the growling in years. However, since Celiac is an Autoimmune disease, stress can make the symptoms a million times worse. So....to the people that are on this form who said that its just anxiety, that is not 100 percent true. Yes if you are anxious about it, it will just make the growling worse.
THESE ARE THE STEPS YOU NEED TO TAKE
1. Go to the doctors and ask for a blood test to check for celiac disease
2. If they say you have it, then you need to go 100% gluten free (it took me about a year to feel completely better and this is because your intestines are torn apart and need to heal) and in addition, you need to make sure that if you are an anxious person, you need to learn how to control this. Since Celiac is an Autoimmune disease stress makes the symptoms flare up
3. If you do not have it....still try going gluten free for about 2 months just in case you are gluten intolerant
4. If that doesn't work, try going lactose intolerant or get a breath test for it
Best of luck to everyone! Know that you are not alone"

hey everyone!! it makes me so sad to see that other people deal with this too - my heart goes out to you all, i know how challenging it is. I think im going to finally ask my mum to book me a doctors appointment for this (after a year since it started), just to check that there isnt some kind of underlying health issue im missing. However, even without medical interference, I feel like its all getting better. Honestly, I feel like this is something about me that wont ever really go away, but i feel like im starting to own it, instead of it owning me. I only just told my mum about the noises recently, and shes started making me tea early in the morning and before bed, so i can poop before school, and i love to eat dates after school for a snack because they are delicious and rlly help unblock ur system haha, so thats helping. Im also drinking a lott more water, because I was defiantly guilty of not drinking enough before. But most of all, I think this all started because of anxiety, and I've really been trying to tackle my anxiety recently. What I think helped most for me, was to tell people about whats going on. I've obviously told my mum about it, but theres also this support system thingy at my school, so I've started going there (since today actually!) and I'm so proud of myself, beacuse I told the lady whats going on (I said I think im experiencing IBS like symtpoms because of anxiety, of that those symtpoms are causing me anxiety), and so IM going to have more meetings with her to get to the bottom of this!! Now, the noises havent gone away yet, but what i like to do when i think the noises will happen is, clear my thoughts, breathe deeply, and really focous in on what im working on in class, or an assembly or something, or even daydream haha, anything to get my mind of my butt and my stomach so i can just relax. And if that doesnt work, just ask to go to the toilet - you might actually just need a poo. If your teachers dont let you go, please just get your parents to email or something, to let them know you have stomach porblems, and the stress of asking can be lifted off your shoulders, because stress might not be the cause of your noises, like i think it might be for me, but it sure as hell wont help! Its best to get your mind off it. Much love, and these tips really are working for me so far. I feel like being as proactive as I can about this issue is really helping me stay positive. Much love guys xx.

No gas = no sounds.

Step 1 - Learn what food causes bloating. Mainly that is sweeteners and fiber, but you need to make a deeper research yourself and take control over your diet. If you're healthy it will help you.

Step 2 - If you still having gas after diet adjustment, that probably means you have an underlying condition. Most likely it is one of the next ones.
- SIBO (diagnosed with breath test)
- IBS (any doctor will easily diagnose)
- Food allergy (IgE blood tests, gastroduodenoscopy with multiple biopsies, skin prick tests)
- Food intolerance (6-food elimination diet)
- Coeliac Disease (gastroduodenoscopy with multiple biopsies, blood test)
- FD-PDS (gastroduodenoscopy with multiple biopsies. NOTE unlike all of the above, this one is not that simple - more in detail below)

Recent research highlights that FD is not purely functional but may involve subtle, chronic low-grade inflammation in the digestive tract, particularly in the duodenum (the first part of the small intestine). That means your doctor will need to tell the scoping guys to count eosinophils in the biopsies per high-power field. According to Prof. Nicholas Talley, a duodenal eosinophil count of 30 or more per high-power field (hpf) in 3–5 hpfs is considered definitively abnormal. However, even lower counts, exceeding 5 eosinophils per hpf across 5 hpfs, may be pathological.

Basically these eosinophils thought to be caused by a food intolerance or food poisoning and they treat some components of your food as antigens exploding its contents and damaging your gut making it constantly leaky and hypersensitive which eventually causes dysbiosis...

So find a good doctor, start with the most likely scenarios, and work your way forward. This approach will help you gather the necessary data to fully resolve the issue.
