I just had this happen to me... it felt like my insides were are rolling around to the right of my belly button. It happened while mopping and my first thought was I gave myself a hernia.
I have had this several times over the last few years. Although my son is 16 months i know it feels like a baby kicking but i can assure at least maybe one or some of you that excess gas passing through the intestines does cause some very weird and disturbing sensations. I actually have full on stomach movement. Lol. It is seriously disturbing as i am 36 and my son was a huge surprise. I wouldnt want to have another baby at this stage of my life. I wouldnt want people to just take my words as gospel and always take a test or see a dr if concerned but i know what i have been through a few times and at this very moment experiencing again. If i didnt know better i would think i was 5 months along and having an excited baby. After taking my ulcer tablets for a couple of weeks and watching my diet my stomach generally goes back to normal, in terms of size and movement. Hope this might ease anyones mind.
I am going through the exact same thing and I KNOW that I am pregnant and I have been carrying for 17 months now
What ended up happening?
Hello, my name is jaclyn I was having the same problem and I went to my OBGYN . We had though it was scar tissue from my C-section. But it wasn't it was my intestines, thy had been moved Idk why but thts wht I found out wht it was . I was also feeling really sick through out the da also getting bloated. Man it was to much I went through surgery and I was ok for a while but iam starting to feel the same way again. So u hope my doctor could figure out whts going on and why this is happening.
Sometimes during breastfeeding you will not get your period do to hormones. I would go to your GP just to make sure you're not pregnant there are such things as Cryptic pregnancies where the baby grows at such a slow rate that some woman don't release enough HCG and therefore causing negative tests urine and blood, ask for an ultrasound to be sure.
Hi what is a wheat bag? I have the same sensation on right side. Does not hurt just annoying and it's only occasional .do you still have this issue?
I am a 40 yr old mom of a 4 yr old son and I have been noticing these same movements in my upper abdomen. I have two hunches: 1) Intestinal Parasites. I did a parasite cleanse with psyllium husks and bentonite clay and black walnut a year ago and could not believe what came out of me. Recently, started feeling those sensations again and am doing another parasite cleanse. It is shocking see what appears to be large worm carcasses come out of me. As a side note I have been virtually sickness free for an entire year. 2) Side effect of pregnancy on abdomen and intestines. It's interesting to see that most women are posting that they experience this and they have had kids. Maybe something about our bodies and intestines having been mashed or moved aside by growing fetus?? Maybe most of us are having kids later in life and our insides cannot readjust like they may have if we had kids sooner?? I'm at a loss. But I do recommend a parasite cleanse--you get an increase in energy, brain power, even sex drive afterwards.
I am 30 years old I had my oldest son at age 25 by natural birth. When my son was a year and a half. I had twins through c-section. I currently have a IUD in but before getting the IUD in I remember having a weird movement in my lower abdomen on the right side. At one point the military doctors tested my urine and told me I had a tapeworm but my civilian doctors tested my feces and urine and said I do not have a tapeworm. I went to the hospital and they told me that it might be gas. It doesn't feel like gas or cramping. I have normal periods. It feels as if something is living inside of me like a baby kicking. I can actually see the movement when I'm looking at my abdomen. It's crazy how many other women are experiencing this as well. The doctors do not have an explanation of why this is happening. I heard that their is bugs in certain foods like sugars cause worms and red meat has bugs in it so I'm considering detoxing and taking on a vegan or vegetarian diet to cleanse my system. Reducing my sugar intake. At home I only use brown sugar cane.
I started experiencing the same symptoms after my baby and I still am experiencing them 13 months later. They are not painful at all though... Just interesting to watch my stomach move like there is a mouse in there when I lay down. It's always after I eat. I think it's because my body changed after giving birth and my intestines are not as tightly packed together so you can see them digesting food through my body. I'm a very thin woman. it's sooo weird!
Oh yeah... I also had a test to see if I had parasites... It Came back negative. Doctors are clueless.
I'm 29 and I just started realizing the same thing a few years back but now it's more often, and as of right now I have a bladder infection but before that I would get these odd movement too, I also have. 9 year old so I wonder if it's a thing that happen to mothers.
Do you know if her back hart to
Funny thing, I had two teeth extracted last week! The only thing I had was novacane!
Hi
I am a 21 year old, keep experiencing these weird tingling/fluttering feeling in my stomach as well.
Done 4 tests, all negative. Period is regular as well.
I haven't went to a doctor as yet, but it bothers me at night, or when I hear someone else my age is pregnant as I start to worry that I could be due to a little weight gain.
Unsure if I am just over thinking this situation as not been to a doctor at all.
Glad others are going through the same thing and are unsure of what is wrong.
