I have the same issue, what did you do
Reply

For starters, I am a 47 year-old male. I am 6' tall, 185 lbs and in overall good health with no history of health problems per se. That is aside from sports related issues, e.g., knee, hip, back injuries over the years.

For the better part of 6 weeks, I have been suffering from the same symptoms as robsmith. I mean identical. I also have had issues with falling asleep and staying asleep as I am being awoken by stomach, colon and rectal irritation. What separates these symptoms from most gastro issues is the skin irritation across the abdomen. I have had a battery of tests that haven't signified anything concrete. After switching doctors and doing a bit of research, I believe I may be suffering from an intestinal parasite. My doctor will have to confirm through more testing- a stool sample. Alas, I have to wait until next week. In the interim I will refrain from sugars and carbs as that is what the parasites supposedly eat. At this point I am willing to try anything. I am far from a Dr. Google type person so this process has been relatively new to me. Sadly, I have traveled to one side of the internet and back only to discover there are many people with these symptoms, yet no one ever comes back to the sites to report their results. Once I see my doctor this coming week and have more tests, I will report the findings.

Hi, what were the results of your tests for parasites?

After a litany of tests spanning 5 weeks, it turns out my gallbladder hates me and is no longer desirous of remaining in my body. My blood work was normal; my urine showed no evidence of issues; my abdominal scan, 'was excellent,' per radiologist; my upper and lower scopes were routine with no adverse signs; however, the ultrasound revealed calcification and a stone. Looking back on the situation as a whole, I had been suffering from complications associated with my gallbladder for almost two years. The divorce cannot happen soon enough.

I have the exact same symptoms. No conclusion from doctors but I BELIEVE its an endocrine issue

You need to look into pine tree oil. Better known as turpentine. It will eradicate any parasites immediately. Worked for me. It’s one of mother nature’s most potent cure all’s.

I'm currently going through the same thing. Have you found anything? If so, please share. If not, please also share what you did to get rid of it.

Thanks,
Jim

Reading thorough your story, I found the symptoms are very similar.

Here are my experience to share.

0  having eye floaters, bloating.

1 month -- toxin blood all over body causing blisters.

fatigue, headache, almost felt die, itching all over body.

2 month - relief by some herb- berberine, but allergy to eat sugar, fruits, starch, and anything contains starch and meat.

Thought candida infection and took Fluconazole for two weeks.

Cured rhiniti, athletic foot . but did not cure abdomen, still pin and needle.

3 month - 8kg weight loss since beginning.

took papaya by chance, felt good. so think about parasites instead of fungus.

took pinworm suspension. feel better that night. saw string thread like worms in poops and fences.

thought got worms and began search pin-worm solutions such as papaya seeds.

However, taking papaya seeds worsens symptoms. caused lava migrations (I felt). pin and needle pain extended around waist, knee, stomach, thigh.

Prescribe albendazole and took medicine with fat today , bet to eat a lot of meat, fish, which I dare not in the past months.

So far,  still feel much better .

Did you ever try going through herxing with ivermectin?

I know this is old but you may want to check out the Vegas nerve. Check out sliding hiatal hernia. Check out herxing. You can start going through herxing using diet change (alkaline foods especially good ol broc) and high thc cannabutter or there’s other things you can use.

Hello, 50 year old female, same issue. I have type 2 diabetes but well under control. I have been on the Optavia diet, so a lot of soy products with minerals. I had been moving a lot of heavy furniture lately and started walking in the park too and eating a small bag of popcorn and walnuts daily. Then, I got the back pain. I work from home and ergonomics is bad. A lot of discomfort sitting for long time. Went to the chiropractor and he cracked my back good. Back pain became stomach discomfort. I couldn’t sit any way that made me feel good. Then, stomach became very bloated. I couldn’t sit, stand or lie down comfortably. I went to urgent care and they didn’t seem to think it was anything and prescribed a muscle relaxer and stomach acid reducer which didn’t seem to help any. Stomach discomfort became very sensitive to even wearing clothes, even the softest clothes were uncomfortable. I got a rash on my upper chest after taking a shower. I’m feeling the pins and needles now. I’ve thought about IBS, diverticulitis, kidney stones, diet recently, digestion issues, appendicitis, shingles, nerve damage or maybe I just pulled something with the heavy lifting. I’m hoping this isn’t long term, but good to know that others are having the same issue and hoping that everyone got healthy again and went on with life. I’m laying off the popcorn and walnuts and diet for a bit and not moving anything heavy and trying to rest.

APPENDIX. Unfortunately… you will have to wait for appendicitis attack for the doctors to take you seriously enough to do anything about it. Colonoscopy might trigger it within 5days of procedure if it’s too far gone. If one day you get severe stomach cramping, pain, nausea, diarrhea/constipation and ESPECIALLY vomiting… call 911 even if you can still hack the pain. Be persistent and request a contrast CT scan of abdomen. I had these exact symptoms you list PLUS others for years and my final ‘attack’ was the violent vomiting while on the toilet which made me realize that I couldn’t just sleep it off anymore and had to call EMS. Told ER that I have had the symptoms come and go for years and that the only difference was the violent vomiting this time. They looked at me like I was nuts and sure enough, required an emergency appendectomy. They were perplexed that I told them I was familiar with the symptoms already because most doctors think appendicitis is acute and I know for a fact it was chronic appendicitis with flare ups now that it is removed because I am slowly feeling like myself again. :). Good luck!!
