consult a doctor about this method. My friend had the same problem but his uncle told him to squeeze it out. he used a warm cloth while doing so. he said it was painful but it worked.

I actually had the surgery today and it wasn't too bad. I was told that many boys get it removed with a surgery. They put 2 dressings on them when I was done and its a little uncomfortable but nothing to painful. It bothered me for quite a while so that's what I decided to do.

I am 12 and I weigh only about 100 pounds and my stomach is not the fat but these lumps are so big they make my shirts not fit and it looks like I have boobs and all my friends make fun of me. I really want them to go away. They are like half the size of a lemon.
