I am a female and I shaved my area nothing long ago, I work out a lot. Today I went to shower and there were red tiny spots(where the hair was it looks like) but some of my area is dis colored. Help? Does anybody know whats going on?

I have had this and found it is friction from what i am wearing it just aggrivates it like men get after they shave. I usually just put baby skin cream on it (non perfumed) and then it is fine
