guess i need to calm down a little. most boys are not going to be much over three inches without being in puberty. when you get to three and half maybe four, then they probably have just started puberty. over four inches you can bet they are in puberty.
i should had made one thing clearer, alot of boys wonvt even be three inches before puberty. that seems to be the more average ones.

true enough. im not sure if you would find a boy with four inches that isnt in puberty. i left a little room for doubt there. there just may be a few rare boys out there thats got one that big before puberty, but i doubt it.
3 1/4 seems to be about the max before puberty with most being shorter than that. I won't go out on a limb and say that there isn't any boys maybe a little bigger though. As of yet I haven't heard of anyone bigger that wasn't in puberty.
