I'm 32 male, have the same problem now I have to use baby wipes also I have a lot of gas. Its very uncomfortable and the blood is just spoty not really thick

I found blood on the toilet paper when I wiped not coming from either my front woman's area or my backside. It was coming from the side. An area where I had noticed a bump rising to the surface months earlier. I had seen a doctor for it only to be given antibiotics. She told me it was chlamydia and acted like I was intelligent for saying I'm married and do not cheat. The test came back and I did not have Chlamydia. I talked to my GP and he called a surgical doctor he knew. That surgical doctor planned an explorative surgery and plans on what to do for ether of two conditions he expected to find. I was under anesthesia and he found a fistula that was created by the bump rising to the surface. That bump had been an abscess and it wasn't rising it was creating the fistula which is a type of track under my skin leading from my intestine to my outer skin near my sphincter. I am no sure, but for the past couple of years I have been on medication off and on for pain medication and antibiotics do to reconstructive surgery and having a cyst removed from my hand. I think all the constipation and pushing may have had it's effects. I also used to hold it until I finished putting dishes in the dishwasher ect... before stopping to go the bathroom. Now I learned to take the time to g the bathroom, drink those 6-8 glasses of water a day, and eat fiber. All this eases the flow of the bowel.
I guess you could have known about the water and fiber, ect... But I cannot stress how important it is to see a doctor no matter what you think it may be or even if it heals.
sometimes a fistula may heal only to have a collection of pus that hasn't fully drained form within the fistula or abscess. S every now and again this may come back. each time bleeding, swelling, or simply draining what has collected over time. Some fistulas can branch out kind of like roads on a map.

I face the promblem just. Now I'm 18 I went to go pee and I wipe my butt to and it was booboo a lil and then the second time was blood
I think because its hard to go to the toilet it may be constipation, this hardens the stool. When the stool is passed it tears the skin surrounding the anus, this skin is very easy to tear. Therefore a little blood occurs, even when there is a large amount it just means that there was a bigger tear. I hoped this helped :)

I'm 15 yrs old (female) and today when I went to the bathroom there was blood on the toilet paper but none in my stool. it didn't hurt when I wiped or used the bathroom. I've had a quite a bit of gas, but no cramps or pain when I push on my stomach. I really don't want to say anything unless i have to. I know several people in my family have had
