I have this too! Mine is from temperature changes in weather and food...hot and cold. IT IS CALLED IBS - IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME check it out
Hello everyone might think it's weird but in the Philippines, we use some kind of oil and rub it in our stomach. It soothes the cramps and also helps you get rid of the gas inside your stomach. I don't know if they have it in the states but the active ingredients of this oil are methyl salicylate, camphor and menthol. I hope this helps
Yes! i’ve been dealing with this for ever, and everytime i get out the shower i get pain, especially getting in the car on a hot summer day with the a/c blasting on me. I have told so many people about this but no one understands. i still haven’t found a solution but i’m glad i’m not alone.
