If it has been swollen for a few years I recommend getting your parent to take you to the doctors to get it looked at it might be an infection because there is quite a lot of bacteria transferring and it might be too much bacteria causing your vagina ((which normally just kicks bacteria out)) to not be able to do that anymore You should get a prescription from the doctor, I hope I was of some help!

It's not as big of a deal as it might seem. You're probably just doing it too hard or for too long. It happens to everyone even if they don't admit it. Try putting a cold rag on it but make sure the rag is clean. That's what I do to help with the swelling. I hope this helps!
