Umm... i don't know how to put this... i have a bump at the top of my pubic area... it's like a ball beneath the skin... and i thought at first it was a reallyweird, really big pimple, because i tried to pop it and a large ammount of puss came out... but i squeezed it harder to get it all out and alot blood squirted (long range lol)... I have no idea what it is. It shrunk in size after it popped but it's still pretty big and now it's bruised... i've had this before (i think in the same spot) but it went away for a while. I'm a guy, if that makes a difference, i wouldn't know.
So my questions are
what is it?
what do i have to do to make it go away?

It might be a sebacious cyst. Had something like that right in the crase between my pubic bone and thigh. Went to doctor ,and he said that's what it was...just to keep it clean, don't touch it, and it will go away on it's own in a few weeks...and it did. However, if whatever you have has become infected because you picked at it...you should probably see a doctor to get some prescription ointment or something.
i have had the same problem. Every so often i get these type if big bump under the pubic/under skin area on my vagina and then it turns into a big pimple and pus and blood comes out then it goes away and it is bruised it only hurts when i try to squeez it. what do you think it can be.
I have the same problem, except for that I am a girl. I noticed this purple spot on my vagina and it was hard. i didn't know what it was because when I pressed on it, it was not soft, or feel like it was full of anything, just hard. But when I tried pressing the area together to see if anything would come out, it started to bleed and puss came out, not like zit popping white stuff, but clear puss and blood came out. So, I can't figure out what this is because it's close to my bikini line and it's only one, not a collection of disgusting bump pimple things. i also am sexually active, so if that helps narrows anything down any information or advice would be helpful and greatly appreciated!!

This could be an ingrown hair that has become infected or it could be a cyst. It could also be a STD. It is hard to say without a doctor's diagnosis. If you shave in that region, I would guess an ingrown hair. Cysts are more likely in this area for women. If you have had cysts before (usually on underarms) then it is probably a cyst. If you have unprotected sex, it could be a STD. If it does not clear up within a few days, becomes very painful, or becomes a reoccuring event, see a doctor to receive treatment.
It's probably not the best idea to squeeze it. Keep the area clean and hopefully it should go away.
I have exactly the same thing sometimes. Apparently it is just a type of Cystic Acne, or an infected hair follicle. shaving ur pubes can promote them cos it increases the chances of u gettin ingrowing hairs which can become infected. Basically its the same as getting a boil but it's deeper in the skin. I had one only about a week ago. It feels like a massive lump that hurts to touch but i decided to try and squeeze it (against the pain) and it popped, which suprised me cos it didnt even have a visible head, loads of puss came out in a smooth squish! it felt like there was still some stuff in there but when i squeezed harder puss mixed with blood came out. i kept squeezing it a few days after and was getting more puss out until eventually it was empty and it healed up, but it bruised after i first popped it. I know that these heal without u touching them but it takes months for them to go away completely. they arent very pleasant but nothing to worry about! the best way to get rid of them is leave them be and they should eventually heal without scarring. hope this helps.

The unfortunante thing more than these pimples being in the wrong place and hurting like hell......is that they are tell tale sign of something bigger. Most people with type 2 diabetes develop these before and during the disease. All of you should go to the doctor and have them run a glucose test, go fasting so you don't have to go a second time......have them rule out diabetes out. I had these before I was diagnosed with diabetes and they flair up everytime, I don't take my meds or I over do it with my diet. Just because you are skinny does not mean you can't be diabetic. SO please have this checked out.
If you pop it clean it with peroxide, put some neosporin on it, and cover it with gauze for a couple of days. stay away from sugary stuff, sodas, candy etc, and drink lots of water. mix cucumber with water in a blender and strain it and drink it over ice, and this will settle your sugar levels quickly. hope this helps you guys.

I have exactly same thing, i have quite number of white pimples in my pubic area. my girlfriend got it first as she shaved according to her, but she had one or two pimples (we thought it's nothing) and we had sex couple of times. Afterwards, i started to feel itchy in my pubic area. few days later i saw number of pimples and it's very itchy and painful at same time. i squizzed it this morning and white thing and blood came out.

i have the same problem but i was able to squeeze mine and white puss came out actually it was pretty dry and now im just paranoid about an std :-(
almost all of you have ingrown hairs. just squeeze easily till you can see a little bit of the hair and then get some tweezers and pull it out. it may be really really long its all good though.
