very weird thing happened... giant pubic pimple?

I have had these before (have one right now) and i have known them to be clogged sweat glans. especially in your pubic area where there is hardly enough air circulation, sweat can get trapped in the pores to create a big pimple like thing. When you squeeze it, cloudy yellowish puss comes out and sometimes blood.. they usually should go away in a couple of days and if it is still hurting by the end of the week you should go see a doctor.

Clean your hands and pimple area, pop it, apply zit cream twice a day. It's normal and will go away. Probably caused by an infected hair or wearing dirty, tight underwear.

I currently have this and still not completely sure what it is. It's just a hard spot and by squeezing it (painful) I managed to get a lot of puss and blood out and it shrunk in size. I couldn't however make the area smooth and there is still a small bump and stuff inside.

I had the same thing 3 years ago in the exact same spot and it didn't turn out well. I had 2 big ones beside each other creating a huge one and left it for a few weeks. I finally decided to see a doctor but the huge cyst popped the night of. (Woke up in the middle of the night) I saw two small craters in my groin with puss oozing out and it left a permanent scar. This is why I have chosen to pop my current one before it gets too big.  

The next day I went to see the doctor (which was already too late and he wasn't sure what it was) and he gave me some ointment to put on the wound. I suggest popping it before it gets too big then disinfecting the wound and putting polysporin on it. The first time I had it, it was so big it hurt when I was walking and I could even feel it staying still.

Lol it's most likely an ingrown hair. Dnt pop it like others have, keep a hot towel on it, let the skin loosen and let the hair come thru a little more. Enough got you to tweeze it

I have gotten that exact same thing, and I am a virgin. So it's not an STD, no worries!

Sometimes it's like a bump in my pubic hair area, other times it's more flat, but hurts to the touch. Then one day you squeeze and BUNCHES of puss (whether it be liquid or thicker consistency) comes out, then blood, then nothing. And then it goes away. 

I don't know the proper name for them, but I just call them big pimples. They're not dangerous.

I had the same thing went to the doctors and he told me I had an infection from shaving and cutting myself he gave me some magnesium sulphate paste which made it pop and it has now gone but I am left with a rather big bruise on the before infected area.

I'm 16 and male and I think I have something similar to what you guys have been describing, it's hard to explain but it looks like a really big pimple, and when I popped it a couple of days ago a lot of white puss came out and then blood, but it has come back again? I did have one before this but I popped it and the something happened but it went away and kind of left a little scarring. Also it is right on the edge of my right testicle rubbing against my leg and it is so painful to walk, I can hardly walk that far without it hurting really bad. I am a virgin and I don't shave that often so I've crossed out them options. I really don't know what it is and finding out an answer would help me be settled. Thank you

Doctor visit please

I've had similar ones in my life in the bikini area.. I hold hot compresses (as hot as you can stnd it).. or sit in a hot bath.. It will help draw the infection out. After a couple days I steralize my area a nd a needle,. Then I take the needle to it. Usually by that time its ready to go.. Hope that may help

It's an ingrown hair( most likely)

I have had these for years and I know how unpleasent they can be. Try to keep your private area as clean as possible! But if one still happens wait until the skin over the top is thin enuf to lance (with a pin) and GENTLY press. Its gross I know but leaving them or pressing too soon will cause more problems. Press too soon and it will not pop and it will get bigger fast! So if it does not pop/drain easy leave it alone for a few more days! If you dont do anything and you are not on antibiotics it will get bigger until it gets in your bloodstreem and you develop a fever and then you will HAVE to go to the hospital! That is so embarassing! And there they will cut it way open and stuff it will this weird tape that helps it drain. Like I said Ive dealt with these for years! Be careful! If you feel even a little sick, go immediately to the hospital!! Some of these can be a staph infection and can be deadly! Any doubt, go to the doctors! And suck it up as far as your embarassment! Good luck! Stay clean! Check your sexual partners privates before having sex!! Make it seem like a game and if you see ANYTHING like that WALK AWAY!!! Make up a reason why you cant have sex that night! These are contagious as well!! Yea! No joke!! Ok take care! Ciao!!

firstly, never pop these pimples. since u have popped it before, dont ever do it again. you should leave it ant it will heal by itself. also, wash the area thoroughly everytime u bathe. if it hurts too much, see a doc. dont be shy :) i hope this helps even if its a year late, to others facing this problem

It is a rare from of Herps, My friend had this before, she went to the doctor and they ran STD tests and nothing came up. Then it was just gone one morning. About a week or two later the thing came back, she then decide to go to a different doctor he did some blood test and tolder her that, It was a form of Herpies that is less noticable. Sorry to hear about your Luck( if i were you i would find all the guys you have slept with) Happy Hunting for the prick that gave it to you!!
