Vibrations in chest

I have the exact same thing it started 2 days ago like a cell phone on vibrate. It was on the left side behind my left breast on and off on Sunday. On Monday it went to the right side almost under the right breast. It is getting more persistant. I had my pace maker checked and it showed nothing. I had a chest exray done am still waiting for that report. But it is baffling I also have no pain but it is a little scary because I did have a heart attack and the back of my heart is dead. It does not keep me awake as it is so soft that I had to stop and think what was that did I really feel that or did I imagine it? Keep the posts coming in because my Doctors are baffled.

I've got the cell phone very light vibration in my left chest for a few days now. I am 65 and otherwise healthy. I have been doing some physical labour lately so I tried stretching and it seems to have gone away. Hopefully just a muscle spasm I've been feeling
I am 61 and the same thing happened about 2 weeks ago. I had an ecg and it was normal. What has happened to you over the last year and how are you coping? Have you had a medical answer? Would appreciate your response.

I can tell you I have been experiencing it too. I'm 63 and in great health. The only difference in my environment is that we purchased a roku from Walmart that does streaming of all these 1000 channels. I just wonder since most of you have experienced it for the first time in the last year. Could it be a change in our environment? Just a thought. Thanks for letting me know I am not alone.

I just experienced this slight vibration on the left side of my chest 5 days ago.I have no history of heart problem, my cholesterol is slightly elevated and I have diabetes but I'm not taking medication because I keep it under control by diet. I went to emergency yesterday because I got scared of this unusual feeling. EKG, blood test and chest X ray came out normal. The doctor said it is muscular spasm and not related to the heart.

I had the same problem the cure is beetroot juice, beet extract supplement or Nitric oxide supplements. It's a nitrate deficiency in your body, which is your natural vasodilator and smooth muscle relaxer.
I should say a nitric oxide deficiency.
I agree it's a muscle thing.. I too have been going to gym and this is when it started for me.. Strange feeling I must say, I do keep checking where I put my phone.
I've had the same thing. I've also had other symptom at times, acid reflux, heart burn, nausea, extreme weakness etc. This can all be related to esophageal spasms brought on by acid reflux disease. This could also lead to esophageal cancer. It has no warning signs other than these things and sometimes its too late when you do get symptoms. Another cause is that the nerve feeding your esophagus or stomach is pinched. If so, this can be cured by getting adjusted by a qualified chiropractor.
I'm a 74 yo male and have had occasional, on and off, sensations of cellphone vibration in my left chest for over a year. Not at all uncomfortable, but like others, I've reached in to my shirt pocket for my (nonexistent) cellphone. Over time I've had stress tests, ekg's and blood tests (no particular problems) and have my bp and palpitations under control (taking 4 prescriptions). I also take finasteride for my prostate and omeprazol for reflux. Today for the first time the "cellphone" started vibrating in my left hand. Does anyone know of a cause or treatment for these buzzing cellphone vibes? Thanks in advance
Have experienced this on an off for a number of years. Initially I used to reach for my phone but now I miss text messages because I think it's a "spasm". Interesting that so many experience it but no one actually knows the cause. The only redeeming feature is that it seems to be benign
With a pacemaker that normally happens when the battery is getting low or a lead is coming loose?
I am a 50 yr old female who recently had a hysterectomy for uterine cancer and 6 rounds of chemo. I did great through the whole thing, today about to start radiatioin and I was in the ER because I starting having this weird feeling in my tummy and then left side of my chest in the breast area like a electric stimualtion or vibration like a cell phone was in my pocket. I thought I was having a heart attack, they took all kinds of tests and all seemed normal. Dr didn't quite know what to say to me. I'm still not sure what it is?
