Vibrations in chest

I have the exact same thing it started 2 days ago like a cell phone on vibrate. It was on the left side behind my left breast on and off on Sunday. On Monday it went to the right side almost under the right breast. It is getting more persistant. I had my pace maker checked and it showed nothing. I had a chest exray done am still waiting for that report. But it is baffling I also have no pain but it is a little scary because I did have a heart attack and the back of my heart is dead. It does not keep me awake as it is so soft that I had to stop and think what was that did I really feel that or did I imagine it? Keep the posts coming in because my Doctors are baffled.

I thought i was the only person experiencing these bizarre sensations. I've suffered from mild to severe muscle spasms in my back for about 10 years. I'm 44 and this new sensation in my chest has me worried. I will be consulting with my Physician soon.
How have you been with the muscle spam

Wow at 19 so young to have this weird crap.
I have had since I was 29, mentioned to doctors to no avail. It does feel live a vibration , similar to a cell phone. I have been reading everything to try and figure it out. I can be sitting a table or on the sofa reading a book and the sudden vibration occurs; I have actually felt it thru my breast so it is occurring. Many heart and mammos show nothing. Now the blood pressure fluctuates once every few months for a day or so then back to normal. . Have decided maybe I can figure out. Now am in 60s still no answer.so keep busy nlove my grandbabies

That is very interesting thank you
I've had this off and on for years. Went to ER and spent $1000 thought it was my heart everything normal. It is a weird feeling and I think it has something to do with gas pains and stress makes it worse. I try and ignore it and it eventually goes away
I don't know why doctors are baffled as so many people on internet post about this. I have a feeling like a cell phone vibrating by my heart went to ER everything normal I don't know what it is but I have had it on and off for like 10 years
i also get vibrations in my chest. in the left side . but not all time . during workout at gym and after . and then when i run fast . and some times at my home also while doing some push ups in morning. they are not painfull but that feeling scares me.
Wow!! I thought this was going to be one of those "oddities".. apparently so as there is no represented reply (medical person) to this yet. I am 55 and awoke 5 days ago with this. Strange thing when I lay on my left side it seemed to go away. Several have described this as a "cell phone" vibration. I was thinking more like a Tens machine set on a low frequency as the "vibrations" seem to happen at regular intervals. Am actually glad to see I am not the only one with this problem. My stepdaughter is one of the top nurses here in Oklahoma. I am going to get her on this immediately.
I have this exact feeling. Like a very faint phone vibration but for me, on the right side of my chest. I was lucky that it happened while my doctor was listening with her stethoscope and she could hear the muscle twitching. She diagnosed a minor pectoral muscle spasm. I have an outdoor job (summer here in Australia) and I don’t drink enough water (my urine is darker than normal) so mine was caused by an electrolyte imbalance. She recommended I increase my water intake.
Thanks for the info
Wow, 340 people. 47 y/o male. It started 2 yrs ago, maybe? And very infrequent. Like someone else said, It almost feels like congestion, but the vibration doesnt coincide closely enough with breathing. Makes me NUTS! Im hypersensitive to it now, and also like others say - half the time I think “stop, youre just imagining this now!” I’ve never brought it up to my Doc, but I do go for regular checkups, and never has he said my heart beat doesnt sound right. My health is/has always been very good. Really feeling a lot better for all these posts - so I’m “passing it forward” by adding to the pile. I guess if the intensity ever increases, that will he my cue to look harder - but I feel now like it’s just one of those “we can make this as big of a problm as you want it to be” and I’d rather not go down that road! Nice to find this forum tonight. Cheers.
Are there actual answers here of any type? Yes, it is good to see others have the same issue, but it is kind of frustrating to have to sort through pages and pages for something. If you want to make a useful website, keep all the user reported posts, but give us some way to navigate to a post with information.
that may be because some muscle spasm are caused by or are enhaced by stress and anxiety
I started with this four hours ago. Right side under breast. No illness. Not my lung. It’s weird. Glad I’m not alone. And yes. Like a light vibration. At first I thought it was my bra bone.
Well, that is reassuring seeing how you've had it for so long and still otherwise fit and healthy! A couple of people have suggested it's like a form of tinnitus but for some unknown reason, around the breast area! Totally weird!
Mine only started yesterday and I'd really like to do some analysis about it.
Do you think a facebook group could be a good start?
