A week or 2 after that started, I woke up with what I think is conjunctivitis. Both eyes. They've been getting worse, improving, getting worse etc now since then. Around the same time I got a sore throat, and a "lump in the throat" sensation which I am not sure was because of the illness or my health anxiety. The sore throat was weird for me because I didn't have a cough or high fever (I rarely do) and it sort of felt sore, swollen and dry from behind the nose all the way down to my chest.
The soreness sort of disappeared after about ten days (and the stomach problems subsided when the other problems began) but I can still feel it a bit sometimes if that makes sense. It also feels weird when I swallow. Sometimes as if there's a lump or that I have to try harder than usual to swallow. Also not sure if that's because of the anxiety or because I'm still not well.. I did however discover a white spot on one of my tonsils today, before it was only slightly red with a couple of red spots so I guess whatever this is, it isn't quite done with me yet.
I've never had something this weird and stubborn so it's not exactly helping my health anxiety. Like I said I'm not even sure which of the symptoms I'm having are because of a virus/bacteria or from my anxiety.. :(
Wean off the prozac that c**p will kill you #1.....pills like that c**p are NEVER the answer and may take your immune system down .. start w green tea w ginger tumeric and honey probiotics as in Yakkult (that helped us alot) or pills however you can get it in you GET IT IN YOU garlic whole cooked made into a paste force yourself to eat Orange juice and yes you'll get indigestion but you need what in it Mint helped my tummy immensely.... No JUNK NO JUNK and water water water Get a friend to make you homemade chicken noodle soup a fresh veggies the fresher the better and eat a lil bit daily and soda crakers seemed to help us Motrin for the fever and I wish you the best I had it for 10 weeks I thought I was dying I really did its so bad Youll be okay chin up and pixie dust thoughts for you hun I CANNOT STRESS THE PROBIOTICS TUMERIC GINGER AND HONEY ENOUGH GIN AND HINEY IS GREAT IN THE TEA TOO GOOD LUCK
