Also was a Dr B patient a few times it is an absolute rip-off and you are right the nurses are not knowledgeable the doctor is never available i now buy B12 injectable myself you can get it at Costco pharmacy or most other pharmacies knowing how to inject is the most important and as stated above is literally $6 to $10 maximum for a 30ml which would last a few months .........

you can buy the B12 injectable vitamin at Costco for about $3.50 per vial. but I have not been able to find the B6 injectable yet.

Thanks a lot. This is very important detailed information for one to to know to be able to inject oneself. I find getting the injection through dr. Bernstein program financially not sustainable because of high cost of injection. This is end of my second week with Bernstain program and have so far lost only 2.8 pounds. Wait to see if will shed 10 pounds in one month that the program promises would lose. On its literature the program promises, if in one month those in program don't lose 10 pounds, one would get free services until 10 pounds are lost - yet to observe if program fulfils.
