Weird Irritation of the Urethra

Yes. I tried 2 weeks (!) of moxifloxacine. It worked for the first 4/5 days, and the effect lasted for 2/3 days. Then the irritation/burning/stinging came back. I had no side effect, fortunately.
I also tried the metornidazole, didn't do anything for me.
What I do now.. I just live with it. The symptoms are slowly fading down and I hope they will keep fading down more and more. Will keep you updated.

Urine tests came back negative. Itchy urethra every day for a month now!! Please recommend me antibiotcs rather than levo/cefixime/itraconazol. Im desperate and will try anything. Thx, D

Isnt cipro the same as levo?? Dr literally told me "I dont consider more antibiotics, its a functional thing" what the f does that even mean?!

Same family but different drug. Your doctor is saying it is not an infection, rather something structUral or nerve related

Seems like either Chlamydia or Trichomoniasis, A simple urine test does not pick these up.
For Chlamydia you will need:
- A shot of Ceftriaxone
- A one time large dose of Azithromycin
- 7 day course of Keflex

For Trichomoniasis
- 7 day course of Flagyl

Men with trichomoniasis may feel itching or irritation inside the penis, burning after urination or ejaculation, or some discharge from the penis.

Got diagnosed CPPS. Mainly stress related. Any tips/stories/treatments about this? Can this really be caused by unprotected oral? And can this be difficult/long to treat? Thx

My god. This topic is huge. It is seriously mysterious. My symptoms started in June after having oral sex and normal sex with 2 different girls. It started 2-3 days after the happening, bad burning in the tip of my penis (burning was specially bad when urinating) and grey discharge from the penis. Discharge was best seen in the morning. Urge to go to pee many times a day, was also there. Slight burning feeling in hands, then it went to legs. I was really sure it is Chlamydia or Gonorrhea. So was my doctor, i got antibiotics before the tests came back.
But i hate antibiotics so i didnt take them, because i wanted to be sure.
Well the tests came back, all negative. Normal urine test negative, and Chlamydia and Gonorrhea negative. I changed the doctor who took test for Urine, Chlamydia and Gonorrhea again, and i also wanted tests for Mycoplasma Genitalium and Trichomonas vaginalis. Negative all again. Doctor examined my penis and said everything looks normal.

Also the girls took tests cause they were little afraid, all negative. To this day they dont have had any symptoms of any kind.

After this i have been by my own. Dont know what to do.

Discharge went away by itself after about 3 weeks. Urge to pee went away like in 1 month.

Symptoms that are still there are like pinching feeling inside of my penis, lasts like maybe 1 seconds. Happens couple of times in a day, sometimes not at all. Slightly burning when urinating happens couple of times in a week.

I have also noticed that i have somekind of little bumps all over UNDER THE SKIN of my glans, ONLY visible when my penis is in erection. They dont hurt and dont feel. Im pretty sure they were not there before this "infection". Doctor tried to find them when my penis was not in erection but did not see anything. He also said he dont know any STD or anything that could do that, so maybe im just imagining things. I think im not.

I also have noticed that i feel slight burning feeling or "needles and pins" sometimes in my hands and also in legs, mostly in my toes or fingers. Last like 2-3 seconds. Like my big toe can feel the burning for second and its gone. I dont have any rash or anything.

I really dont know what the hell is this.

Only strange thing is that i started a new relationship with a girl and our condom broke. After this about 1 weeks the girl said he got herpes in her lip and havent had herpes in 10 years. She also got strange 3cm*3cm red blotch in her buttock. No other symptoms tho.

Could this really be somekind of herpes maybe. Genital herpes in urethra maybe? Or somekind of new herpes?

To this day i havent took any antibiotics tho because i dont know what is this and what antibiotics would i take.

I can also say i live in Europe, Finland. So we can pin point the zones of this strange thing.

Same story here. All tests are negative. But this pinching felling comes and goes time to time. Had a lower stomach pain also. That also wentaway after few months. Going through this situation for one year now. Have you had sex after this incident? Any idea this could pass to another?

First don't freak out. Your life won't come to an end. So many people who have sex will get an sti. Most are curable. As for hvs2, don't sweat it. I'm not saying not to be safe, but it's the most common sti that most people don't know they have. I got it and only discovered it when I had a separate blood test and antibodies were found. Never had symptoms. To stay cool. And stay safe.
