I had to have an emergency d&c on September 29, 2014 and they literally sent me home right after the procedure. I started to have a lot of pain 2 days later and was admitted to the hospital again because they didn't get it all out. So they gave me this shot to make the rest past on it's own then sent me right back home. Not even 5 minutes in house I fell to my knees with the worst pain of my life. My mom had to call the ambulance and I literally had to crawl to them because I could not stand up and went back to the same hospital I had just left like 10 minutes ago because the hospital is a couple blocks from my house . They had me use the restroom to see if the rest would come out and it did ( it was the size of a base ball ) as they say. I couldn't believe they left that much behind. Today is October 30, 2016 and I have not stop bleeding since the day I had my d&c. That's 2 years and a month. I've been back and forth to like 7 different hospitals, 3 different obgyn's and all my test are coming back normal and they all said the same thing, that I have a thick lining of bleed in my uterus and around my endometrial. They gave me a high dose birth control to make it stop it did not work then they tried to give me a low dose and it honestly made it worst. I honestly want to pull my hair out because I'm really just tired of all of this. It's so heavy I'm wearing pads and tampons together and literally bleeding through both in half an hour. I really need some help here. And my biggest fear is not knowing if I would ever be able to have babies.

Sorry to all the ladies who are going through this difficult moments of a woman's life.
I was 14weeks gone, I had crazy cramps 27th Dec night was rushed to the hospital, did a scan and no heart beat since the baby was about 10weeks ago. I did a D&C 28tth Dec. Bleed for about two weeks, was on antibiotics against infections for about two weeks plus. Spotted once mid January. On 28th Jan. I noticed a discharge like I was ovulating in the morning, I had sex with my husband and later that same day I started bleeding like a normal period. Am confuse now because it's been off and on since then(1th Feb).the blood is black-brown. Some please help

I had an abnormal pregnancy and basic waited for my body to naturally miscarry. I was bleeding for a month. About 2 week though the process the doctor confirm the baby was gone and the uterus was going back to normal and the cramping would continue. I feel like any day now it will stop.

Hello, I had a miscarriage on the 9th of February; I was about 8 weeks gone and bled for 2 weeks. 10 days later, 6th of March I had my period (scanty bleeding though). We had planned to wait for a 'normal' period in April so we could get the 'new' dates and know when to try again.
Well, on the 4th of April, I did both ovulation and pregnancy tests and they were negative. I tried again on the 6th and the pregnancy test came out positive.
I have my dates all messed up and trying to figure out the possible conception date could have been.

I am going through the same thing. I was 7 weeks when I misscarried on august 8 and the doctor told me everything should pass naturally within a few days. It took me a few weeks to get an appointment to see an obgyn. I misscarried on august 8th and I didn't see another doctor until September 1st. From august 8th til September 1st I bled. In between those times the bleeding would lighten up almost like it was done but I would start bleeding again. Today is September 14th and I am still bleeding. This makes 6 weeks. I will be making another appointment soon. I am really scared. It's also depressing because both of my sisters are pregnant and the very thing that made me happy and anxious is now haunting the living c**p out of me. I just want to move past this. Is this normal, should it end soon or will I have to have a d&c?

I’m sorry for your loss. Im going through a miscarriage too. It’s frustrating because even though I’ve been told by my doctor that i had a miscarriage, I still feel pregnant and feel like something moving in there. He gave me antibiotics, and it’s my third day taking them and I just started bleeding heavily and bright red.
All I can say for all of you ladies is to watch what you eat and drink during your pregnancy, especially if you’re spotting. Normal pregnancies don’t go through the same reactions when drinking or eating things that are natural and in other circumstances beneficial for your body.
The day I had a miscarriage, I made myself some cinnamon tea. I didn’t know it could caused me heavy bleeding. I now know it for experience. Before the tea, i was just spotting for a few days and it seemed like it was gettIng lighter avery day. There are lots of things that can cause you heavy bleeding during pregnancy and increase your risk of miscarriage. Such as cinnamon, ginger, oregano, hot chocolate, and much more. If you’re pregnant and spotting, stay away from eating such things and drinking teas, and stay on bed rest until a week after the bleeding stops. And most of all, pray to our father in heaven!

Next day there was a little blood, but not much. I'm still bleeding, but not heavy. Is this normal?
